Has to be in Denver. Been a customer for a long time came in today as for the highest testing pre-roll the girl behind the counter gave me the lowest testing pre-roll. The reason why I know this is because I went home and called and asked them what their highest testing pre-roll was today and they told me 28 percent wedding cake will they gave me a 17% pineapple fields. When I called and asked him why they did this the girl answered the phone who I believe to be the same girl who sold me the weed named destiny and told me that the THC levels don't matter. Well that's not the point I told her I asked her for the highest testing pre-roll to begin with and her response to me was that the THC levels don't matter!!!. Never will I go here again

I’ve been shopping with you almost a year. I’m a med patient. Would have given 5 stars before today. I was turned away today because I brought my NY ID in along with my med card. As it is not my first sign up/purchase this is legal. I have been shopping with them almost a year and The Health Center has accepted my ID every transaction. They wouldn’t accept my temp Colorado ID (which I signed up for my med card with). As we know perm CO IDs are taking months with Covid. I asked if the law or regulations changed and both assistants treated me like a 4/20 hobo. I was told I couldnt have used it before. I have an accent so perhaps immigrants or non Americans are no longer welcome? I’m disgusted you held back my medicine. Please, check my account. You’ve served me dozens of times to assist my seizures. I have PTSD, seizures and anxiety. You’ve been the one store I frequent because of your service. Super disengaging and disappointing

(This is for the University location.) This location is amazing and the service is amazing! The weed is dope, specifically the dreamy “Strawberry Nightmare”. Aaron (Erin?), the security personnel is great and always a fun time to talk to before I begin shopping! Only TINY issue is just the space but that’s just the layout and I’m sure they have it designed the best they can for their location as well. Love y’all!

I was a medical patient member of this dispensary and was purchasing from the medical side. I asked my budtender about some bath salts and she told me about the 100mg product on the REC side. I'm not sure why she defaulted to that because I was clearly a medical patient and the product was available in 250mg and 500mg levels on the med side. Also several staff didn't know what Foria was when I asked if they stocked it. Overall, the quality of flower is great but the budtender's are super hit-or-miss. It's important to have caring & knowledgeable budtenders when dealing with all customers but especially medical patients!
