I had never been in before and called to see how much their RSO was because their menu didn't list the suggested donation. When I called to ask before I decided where to purchase the large amount of RSO I need to treat my Crohn's Disease ($250+) I was told they would not discuss the price with me over the phone. As someone with severe Crohn's Disease I don't know why The Herbal Centre would ASSUME I can or am able to take the time and the effort to visit in-person just to find out the donation, when every other dispensary lists their suggested donations online so that those of us with chronic diseases can be smart in how we choose to spend our time and energy in finding our medicine. From a business standpoint and a medical standpoint this policy makes no sense, and drives away customers. I will continue to support the other dispensaries I've had positive experiences with in the future, rather than The Herbal Centre.

Amazing atmosphere – very upscale, clean, organized, and welcoming. I like the family culture, but appreciate the professionalism as well. Great selection of meds and supplies and strong knowledge base of staff. Very fair when it comes to replacing or fixing any products that didn't meet my satisfaction.
My wife and I came in for our first visit today to THC. I am a pretty big weed snob and we impressed and the quality and quality of the flowers and concentrates they had available. After a few recommendations I settled on the Blue Magoo and some Blackberry shatter. Service from the front end to both the ladies who took care of at the bud table were wonderful. Definitely a place I could send my wife in alone and not worry about her. I have tried the rest and I have to say that this place is one of the best I have come across. All you need is fire OG on the menu and ill never shop anywhere else.
This is an awesome dispensary! The employees always make me feel comfortable and welcome, and the prices are the best in town! I will drive out of my way to shop here.

I am my husbands CareGiver. We started going to The Herbal Centre this spring after hearing about it. Everyone there has been extremely helpful and answers all our questions and if they can't they get the answer for us. The shop is very professional and private with so much more to choose from than we had expected. Their Leafly site is a great place to research what they have and what will be most helpful for my husband. It is reassuring to know that what is provided has been tested and all information is right there with each product. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate the people and the place. Thank you for all you do!

After planning on checking out more than a few of the local dispensaries here in town, I've realized that I've only made it to three because I just keep going back to The Medical Centre time after time. Dispensaries are new and neat, not necessarily affordable. They are a great place to enjoy new flavors though and you will not be disappointed here, there is usually at least thirty different strains of beautiful flowers, and around a dozen high quality concentrates. The edibles are also very tasty. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the reason I keep coming back. The store itself is also the nicest one I've been in so far.
The Herbal Centre keeps getting better and better. Flower quality and selection among the best I have seen. Staff is great at answering any questions you may have. Got Blue Magoo & some medibles last time I was in. Concentrate selection is also excellent. Everything is clearly marked on the overhead monitors, which is very nice. I will keep coming back, prices are very competitive for top shelf medicine!

Nice variety of medicine. Watch out when getting concentrates though, seems they undercut grams which is pretty lame when your already paying around $30 a gram.

I went in on Sunday and Carrie and Kaylee helped me they were very awesome and they gave me some sweet edibles and also my favorite concentrate. Awesome destination for any of your medication needs.
Just wanna take a minute to say how much I appreciate the friendly staff and the weekly specials.. and not only do you guys have some of the lowest donation prices and best specials I have seen, but you don't sacrifice quality. I find myself coming back week after week and getting different strains in wax or shatter on sale for 20 dollars a gram and have not been disappointed yet. I am especially enjoying the Lambs Bread honeycomb that I picked up earlier today! One thing is it would be nice to see you guys branch out some more with your selection of edibles, and not just carry all the same things as everyone else... Other than that, keep getting a good selection of flowers and concentrates and keep offering them dank $20 grams:)
Hadn't been up here in months, as the prices are a bit higher, but I came in today for their new Sunday promotion and I'm really impressed. Everything about the place is exactly what I hope for in a dispensary: neat, clear, and nice. I got the skywalker OG (on sale) and it came with a free gram and both have been amazing (I feel like the skywalker maybe dried a little too fast, but I'm very picky) Anyway, I'll definitely be checking out your specials again! love these guys ive been with them since they opened and ive tryed several different shops but always come back they are welcoming and friendly and they have great medacine and good prices I promote them every where.
I did not feel treated as a competent patient by the bud tender named, Joshua. He just wants to sell you another item of some sort. He doesn't Understand tinctures and how they work. No real clone selection. They are "Walmart' of the local industry according to mentioned bud tender. Nothing special for tinctures. Nice herbs, like anywhere else. Lady at the front desk should get a promotion. I might come back, but am not planning on it.
