We visit the farms regularly and during different parts of the year so that we are intimately familiar with their growing methodologies and all other practices. Once we know that a farm checks all of our boxes, we select only the finest cultivars from each. To put it plainly, we take an incredible amount of care in selecting what goes on our shelf so that our customers never have to decide whether the quality is good or not.
