The higher Path advertises the store as being helpful and knowledgeable about the Medical use of cannabis. Today I had some questions as my use is MEDICAL and I swear the budtender just looked up as if not listening to me.. She was staring at a neon menu.. My question was if you don’t have stock than what strain should I get when you get stock again…NOTHING just a stare I think she had maybe sampled the stock…
I get it is about the sale but then do not advertise that you are knowledgeable.. I would have come back if they were just out of stock but not now…

Your budtender should have absolutely been able to answer your question & we want to make sure we speak with this individual so that they understand where they made an error & don't do this again in the future. We would also be happy to recommend a strain to you when you email us at info@thehigherpath.com--just let us know some details about the condition you're using cannabis for & we can make some suggestions from our current stock for you :) To clarify--it is illegal to use cannabis on the premises of a licensed dispensary so your budtender certainly wasn't "sampling the stock" on their shift, but their inability to answer your medical questions definitely wasn't okay & we truly apologize for that as we pride ourselves on our medical cannabis knowledge. If they weren't able to answer your question because they're a newer employee, they should have found another staff member who could & we're extremely sorry that didn't happen. We'd love the opportunity to make this right for you, so if you'd be willing to give us another chance please show this response to any Manager & they'll get you taken care of :) -The Higher Path Staff

The Higher Path is a really, really fun place to visit. The budtenders are out-of-this-world friendly and eager to assist with individual patient needs. Amazing first-time patient deals and returning-patient point system.
The Higher Path looks and feels like a wellness clinic. Besides the comfortable, modern ambiance, what sets them apart from other dispensaries is their vast selection of CBD products. They carry high CBD strains such as ACDC and have a weekly CBD-appreciation day where the store's CBD products are discounted,
Thanks for the free top-shelf joints, cotton t-shirts, and goodie bag. We will definitely be returning!

This was my first time buying at a dispensary and they could not have been nicer and more patient. I'm interested in high CBD products and they have a great selection. Taylor, Ben and Mason were wonderful and I am happy to recommend them. It has a great neighborhood feel. Absolutely will be my go to place.

When i first arrived i noticed parking was small but it didn't really matter for me since it wasn't packed. When i first walked in i was greeted and took in the nice atmosphere of the lobby. Sign in was quick and was in within 10 minutes. When i got in i was helped. i told the bud-tender about my anxiety and he recommended ACDC. Since i was a first time patient i received a little goody bag which was great. He also gave a tour of the facility which made me feel very comfortable and was out with my medicine very happy.

In the event that we are busy when you come to see us & parking is a bit trickier, we do offer complimentary Valet behind the shop from 2-8pm every day. Just look for the "Valet-It" umbrella in the parking area behind the shop :) We hate to keep our patients waiting, but since we do get busy we figured the least we could do was make our lobby fantastic so that in the event you do have to wait at least it's enjoyable! Can't wait to hear how that ACDC worked for your anxiety--if you have any questions about your medicine or need other recommendations for anxiety don't hesitate to give us a call!

This is my favorite dispensary since I've started visiting dispensaries over the last month. I have now been to four, all in the SF valley. Definitely the nicest waiting room of all of them. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and specifically, the two women who helped me really listened as I talked with them about what I was looking for. Even the woman who was sampling edible chocolates was very warm and was generous with her samples and sharing her experience with pain relief from this wonder herb. They are all knowledgeable with their products and were extremely helpful with what I needed without any pretense. Also, on my first visit I was showered with gifts which I didn't realize until I got home and looked in my bag! When I returned for my second time, they still had a gift for me! Anyway, this is my dispensary of choice at this point, in spite of the distance from my home. I highly recommend this place!

I've been to quite a few other places but nothing compares to Higher Path! The professionalism is off the charts. The people are kind and ultra-smart. Other places zI tried it seemed they've been into too many of the jars themselves. Higher Path does NOT allow this and that's awesome!

My first time here today. I called last night to ask if they had cannatonc. Yelp led me to the place down the street and they were trying to sell me s**t I had already tried before, that didn't work. I then asked if they were the higher path? They replied no, and I quickly left and came here. First off, very relaxing cool atmosphere. I was checked in quick and led to the back. James took care of me with a nice vibe and great smile. I told him about my bad past experiences trying different strains. I have wanted to try cannatonic for the longest and couldn't find it. Well I came home and tried one hit at a time, and it seems to be pretty good. Thanks again James for all your help. I will be back for sure.

From the moment you walk in you feel how much they care about this place. The lobby is really artsy, comfortable, and nice. The staff is always really friendly. Inside the shop, the inventory is amazing and always fresh. They have an incredible loyalty system and it looks so nice everywhere. It is my favorite return to spot and I always feel so comfortable, relaxed, happy, and well taken care of. They are so friendly and professional here. I would recommend it to anybody. Its the best spot in all of LA honestly.

The Higher Path is my favorite dispensery in the area. The staff is so friendly and don't make you feel pressured to get in/out quickly like some places. Staff is always knowledgeable and willing to talk in detail about products you have questions on. Not to mention, the decor and ambiance is beautiful and chill!
