Budtender sold me on 10 dollar rechargeable electric lighter under the false pretenses of being able to get a $5 joint discounted to $1 when you, either bring in the lighter or post a picture of it on your instagram story. And he said everytime I post it to my story I'd get a $1 joint. So I did that and they even reposted my story to the higherpath's instagram story. I then brought in the photo and was denied my $1 joint. I didn't want to start something so I thought I'll just try next time, who cares. The next time I was met with a lot of attitude upon asking for my $1 joint so I dropped it. Next time, again, attitude. When I get home I checked my receipt and noticed that they round up to the nearest dollar on all purchases WITHOUT EVER TELLING THE CUSTOMER, weird right? 46 cents worth of rounding up! One would almost be justified in calling that sketchy or a bad business practice or "stealing". So I now decide I have enough questions and complaints to warrant a call to the manager. He was the first breath of fresh air. See I shop at The Higherpath a lot and I didn't want to start something over a few dollars, something that would make things awkward when I returned. So I was understandably worried that my call would upset the budtenders and make them not as welcoming to me when I came back. The manager a spoke to put those worries at ease. We had a civil and productive (or so I thought) conversation. He said that any purchase of a lighter even the $3 ones if you brought them back in would mean you get a $1 joint. He apologized on behalf of his staff behavior and assured me that he would remind his staff of the policy about any purchase of a lighter=$1 joint. He told me that next time I came in with my $10 electric lighter (that can't hold a charge worth crap btw) I would be getting my $1 joint after all. That was on friday it is now sunday and I've just returned from yet another unpleasant encounter at "voted LA's best dispensary". This one was the most awkward and annoying of them all. I get there and the budtender has attitude from the get go about the $1 joint, he hasn't been reminded of the policy like the manager on friday said would be the case. He has no idea what I'm talking about and asks another budtender who says something along the lines of "oh yeah l know about that deal let me help you" all of a sudden her, my budtender and the main security guard shuffle into the back without saying anything. It's very obvious that there talking about me and the whole situation, great way to make your customers feel comfortable guys (A very loyal one btw, I come in several times a week). They come back out after a couple minutes and my budtenders got attitude. "The joints are $5", "the managers never spoke to you they don't know what your talking about" etc. Complete horse shit. I'm pretty much done with this store now because of this absolutely despicable display of unprofessional fuckery, and all I can hope is that this review makes a few people think twice about trying the so called "best dispensary in LA". It's in the valley wtf even is that statement. PS i'll see you guys every friday for your $1 joints. Hope its as awkward as I'm expecting it to be:) just remember it's honestly completely your fault lol

I was helped by Tema this past Wednesday and I had the best customer service! I bought a pack of Kuda pre-rolls for a great price and they're awesome, super potent and packed tight. I also bought a Bubba blunt infused with kief which was equally amazing. Great place, great weed! One of my favorite places in LA.

This dispensary is too expensive for eighth's but has 1gram thp joints that aren't the best for the five dollars that it costs because of the low thc percentage, yet sometimes they get the higher thc percentage on their $5 joints which is worth trying. Tema was nice and helped me fulfilled my order .
