Takes way too long to get the same products anywhere else in town. The promise of skipping the line when placing an online order is a straight up lie. Hadn't been in in a very long time; now I remember why.

The Joint has been my favorite Colorado dispensary for many years. The staff has always been super friendly, professional and a source of valuable information about all things cannabis. Pricing and selection are second to non especially through their loyalty deals. I am also happy to report they have not only upgraded their loyalty program but have made things right after a challenging transition from the old loyalty program to the new. They never disappoint even when faced with challenges.

For it being our first time and from out of state this is a definite no for me. Staff were extremely rude and didn’t seem to interested in the money I was going to spend there🤷🏻♀️ oh well
These guys rock...but this Covid bs...I ordered 2 hours before close and the single person at a time ruled rule resulted in them closing before i could get my order 😂 - don’t know how to review that since it’s not really their fault.

The place is amazing inside. Fantastic products. The staff is super helpful and friendly. love this place
I recommend the Joint to everyone I meet. I had issues with staff once upon a time over a year ago but it’s been great every other time :)

They got my order wrong and refused to switch it. I will never go here again. Overpriced, security guard was doing too much,seemed like a scheme bc right after I told them my order was wrong they offered me the right 1 at half price. Terrible experience 💯
I’ve yet to be able to break the threshold for either of my two visits. But I’m ok with that. Times are strange and as my experience has been they’re adapting well. Their site is consistent with the product received. In and out both times or up to and gone?? Either way superb service and product. Will return and recommend

The bud tender who handled my online order was very friendly, and appreciative that it was my first time in. Drove a solid 30 minutes just to check it out, and was highly satisfied! The product is TOP NOTCH and the atmosphere can't be beat! Thanks for making my first time, not my last time!

Great staff, super friendly & helpful. Awesome selection of products. 10/10 would recommend!
The drive-thru operation is seamless! We shop this dispensary most often so we knew what we wanted but they went above and beyond with ensuring we got the right strains of concentrates. This is by far my favorite dispensary and I’m so pleased that their inside service has segued to their outside service!

Very efficient pickup. Helpful, knowledgeable staff and great flower for the right price. I love the new look of the location they're at now. I hadn't been to that one and I'm just very impressed by their whole operation there.
Both shopping and pick up orders smooth as butter. Amazing staff.
