So I've never been here before but I went on a Thursday around 1 or so. I waited 15-20min to even be serviced. The bud was all stems. All the flower was very small buds, almost like shake. Terrible bud quality. They had quite a few different choices. Not all the bids were small and they weigh up in front of you. Just didn't feel like paying top shelf prices for nothing but stems. Also, there were only two employees working and one of the women didn't know anything about the product or their effects. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience and thoughts of this place was a resounding, "No. Never again."
Dispensary response:
Hey Emily, thanks for giving us a shot. We want to apologize for the wait, we never try to rush any customers out the door.
Unfortunately, we have found ourselves understaffed due to on of our team members getting hurt outside of the store. We have hired additional staff members to help with that problem, and some are still in training. We take feedback like this very seriously and are constantly working to improve our customer's experience and would love the chance to see you again. Please email us directly at info@cannabis.life so we can work to remedy the situation with you.
