I have been going here since they opened. I love the fact they are a drip outlet. What irks me is that they have taken away the medical line so now we all stand in the same line. I get you make more money off rec, but what about us medical patients who truly have medical issues?!? Not to mention the 300 we pay for our cards. Very poor business decision. I spend a lot each visit which is often, but after seeing there is only one line today, I cashed in my points and will not be back. Very disappointed since you are literally three minutes from me. I’m sure you will lose many more medical patients. Oh and you took online ordering away. What a joke

I really dislike the fact that the budtenders are clueless and short fused. I'm willing to record my next visit to show how well mannered and respectful I am in comparison to their disgusting attitude. That's NOT even the main issue. I asked for specific brands, concentrates, strain, and percent. He came back with pre-rolls of the lowest percentage. The funny part is that I asked for a gram of wax shatter. Instead I got huffing, eye rolling, groaning, and rushed. I'm too sweet and considerate to reciprocate such nasty behavior.
