For the most part I have always gotten such exceptional service at this location, amazing products and great deals, however today after going in I left with a sour taste in my mouth. Every dispensary I have been to whenever I make my first visit with them when I get registered with them I automatically am enrolledsystem or they would have signs with a QR code to take u where u need to go to sign up, but at this mint it is not like that and no employee even mentions it when u come in. I have been making purchases their for a good 3 years now and often going here with not 1 person ever saying anything about their point system . For 3 years of purchases most likely would have added up to a crap load of points but was informed when their today that I'm not even enrolled in the point system. Extremely disappointed that they would never even mention the point system that they have in 3 in years I have been going here. With finding this out now, I will have to second guess going hear knowing that they really r not upfront or even helpful for this are

New location. Great shop for recreational pick up and veteran friendly. I will be back.

I ordered online and first thing they didnt tell me to go to a different line for online orders and i was waiting a while in the regular long line for a minute before i decided to ask a random person if this was the right line and so i was already like ugh but then they messed up my order and i called and came back to get it fixed and they acted as id they knew what they were doing and bagged the wrong product again lost out on money definitely not going back to fix my order a 3rd time after that. Very disappointed a shame especially cause i love mints and i had some delicious tacos theres

The location is amazing and beautiful inside. I love coming here the bud-tenders are always so welcoming and very attentive. If you go anywhere for wax or other concentrates this is the place to come.

Kyle was my budtender today. He was so nice and pleasant. And knowledgeable I always have questions even though I'm not a novice haha. Actually always a positive experience at The Mint.

I got some of the 1000mg rainbow belts from Flav on their BOGO sale. These slap so hard, I can only eat 1/2 of one. The dude that helped me out, Paul was his name, was rad as hell. We chatted about how long he’d been a budtender and how he got into the industry in the first place. He asked about me being a teacher and overall seemed super genuine. Definitely a vibe. 🤘🏻

I usually shop here for one product and usually on Sundays. Today is Saturday and I saw that the mint is doing rock star Saturday. It says that you can pick any deal of the week. So I went because I'm out, asked about the deal and was told yes. It should be fine. Cool. I go back and was greeted immediately, but paid full price. I asked and I was told by the budtender and she told me it doesn't include that deal. Now I'm frustrated because I just paid more than I wanted to, but I go home and look online again. It still says, any deal of the week, today. So I call and ask for a manager. The guy insisted that I talk to him and then he'll call a manager over. He told me the same thing the budtender did, reading from that little card instead of hearing what it says on the internet. Then I said, I don't need to talk to the manager if you're telling me the same as the budtender. Then I look at the internet again. It says, plain as can be, Rockstar Saturday, pick your deal of the week. I feel like I should get that $6 back that I was overcharged.

So I enter this location and get in line to check in. 1 person at the counter, 2 in line ahead of me. Over the next few minutes the line continued to grow. The single check in employee was working to get the same patient checked in, probably a new patient and needed the extra time. I looked into the back and realized there was no one waiting in line to be directed to a register and a few budtenders with empty registers. Common sense would dictate the floor manager or some sort of supervisor getting another check in lane opened to clear the bottle neck at check in. This did not happen. However one motivated BAMF of a budtender seized the initiative and moved herself to the second check in lane to clear the back log of people trying to get in and spend money in your shop. I don’t imagine she is an owner but she certainly demonstrated exemplary leadership potential and most certainly should be promoted ahead of her class (give her a raise). Zoe with the green/aqua hair should be considered as one of your most valuable employees as her actions reduced her ability to make tips in favor of improving the overall customer experience. Also you may want to consider either training your supervisors to to shift labor on the fly like that or just promote Zoe.
