You guys have become one of the worst dispensary experiences for a medical patient ever since legalization.. ever since you ditched your medical license to Mesa (location is awesome) and NOW the mint has updated the website which doesn’t work correctly, you then tell patrons to use the app which also doesn’t work correctly AND the app now straight up tells me “ The Mint - Tempe does not offer medical orders at this time“ when I try to order I was promised something free when I first complained about all of this after the medical license was ditched and I was upset I couldn’t get edibles over 100mg anymore… that never came to be, shocker. & now the Mint IG seemingly doesn’t exist anymore (or I was blocked) Being open 24hr which is a huge convenience and help to so many people is awesome, but that’s about where my praise ends… Oh and the budtender Samantha, she’s awesome. Used to be my favorite spot and it wasn’t solely because of the pizza

Experience with The Mint in Tempe was fantastic! The workers are always so nice and genuine! Candyce is my favorite! She is a vibe! Always positive and has a casual conversation like how was your day, or ask any plans for weekend so she has great customer service skills! Also like the great deals that are always changing consistently! It’s not always the same all the time. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

I didn't visit The Mint at their Tempe location today. Leafly showed two half ounce strains for one dollar each, discounted 97% from $39, but the official website said it was $39. I called and asked if there was a one dollar half ounce and the attendant laughed and said, "No, that's a wrong price." There are many people leaving reviews claiming false advertising, and I found another example myself today; so be careful, this dispensary operator is knowingly deceitful.

I love going to mint, it is my go to dispensary but I definitely didn't appreciate spending the only cash I had just to get all the same strain preroll like wtf..smh. come on get it together guys:/

I'll never leave The Mint! I've had some pretty rough losses recently, and I gotta say, David, in particular, got me thru a lot of the tension and stress I've been feeling with grief. David will NOT let you leave without making sure he's done everything to get you exactly what you need. If you don't quite know what to get, tell him how you feel.. he'll make some great recommendations. 🔥His love language is customer service.. and you can tell he is passionate about helping people! Bugsby (sorry if I didn't spell it right!) took care of me 3 straight days in a row, and was so helpful in finding the right product for me. Baula (again, sorry if..)- she was so sweet, and patient with me. Gave me plenty of options, with such a beautiful spirit and smile! You guys are absolutely top tier!! (pun intended lol)
