Service was good, except for one product I received. Was all fallen apart in the container.

Drive thru rips you off and they have an incentive to do good reviews, this place is overrated and trash. They charged me rec even after seeing my med card in the drive thru and then when I made another online order they made my order and it was completed but when I went in they swapped it for a more expensive one saying they ran out of what I ordered even though it was confirmed to be packed and ready. Their budtenders clearly play favorites and they’re sketchy

After an in store purchase on the 28th of May.The the order was remotely wacked out. I returned to speak with Sophie manager on duty and she took my name address.And email address phone number two. And assured me.I'd get a call back regarding my order.And the money that it was paid for with. It was a cash discrepancy that was going to require a rolling back of the camerabove register number six. After speaking with Chris on the phone on the 29th, at which time he assured me. I'd get a call back as well. Long story short?I've not received a phone call from anybody.I'm fearing that they might be too busy.Counting money and forgetting about customer service. Perhaps somebody will give me a call back now.

Be care full when ordering. I have been to the Mint about 10 times this year, and 5 of those times they made a mistake on my bill, in their favor. Either they forgot to give me the proper medical discount on the tax, or they forgot to place the "happy hour" pre-roll in the bag. When brought to their attention with the over charge on the receipt, instead of refunding, or crediting the amount they offered me 5 pre-rolls in exchange of a monetary correction, which was some of the worst smoke I have had , called wedding pie. After sever mistakes, of being overcharged in a row, which they made a credit for on my account, I returned, for the pre-roll they forgot to put into the bag the day before, I did want any confusion so I ordered something, and payed with cash. I reviewed the receipt and asked the bud tender if he could explain the percent of tax they charged, and he refereed me to the manger. He told me "this dispensary is not for you, and to quit talking, and said this how we do it here. I asked him if he could just show in simple math, what I was paying, and what the tax on the item was, he called security and had me escorted from the property, all Isaid comely was "show mathematically what I am paying in tax". Obviously, this guy confronted with 8th. math could not do it. It only took about 30 seconds with a calculator, which I did not have at the time. This man has a lot to learn about customer relations.

I got the Scottie’s cone by Drip Oils and concentrate that turned out to be a hemp product. Harsh as hell and I felt no medical effects whatsoever. I would not recommend shoplifting here, the Mint sells bad products.

Great service, budtenders take their time with you and seem to like their jobs more than other dispensaries I’ve visited. Seems well-managed, in-store and drive thru. Try the house stuff, WTF brand edibles and concentrate and Mint label flower 10/10. 😄

First time at this location. Smh. Where do I begin? I pretty much called ahead of time to check my points(they say they don't do). Told I had $20.00 . I asked verbally if I had to buy anything to use them because I'm broke. They said with no hesitation yes I could use them and to "come on in" and I didn't have to purchase anything. So of course it never fails, and when I get there and waste my gas they play the BLAME GAME AGAINST EACH OTHER. "The people up front don't know what they talking about". Then the people up front , " No u can use them". It's very frustrating and annoying being told different things. Nevertheless the MANAGERS STICK TOGETHER AND ARE VERY RUDE. I COULDN'T Explain myself without the manager Taken things personally. I wouldn't Recommend this place to anyone at all. Even the security guards were rude to the point he thought he had to touch my Arm, when I'm already Willing Leaving out. I was treated with such disrespect and they didn't take me serious at all and laugh in my face. At the end, I was right and was able to use my points, after a yelling match.FYI get rid of the phone system if everything that's given on the phone is wrong information. I placed an online order at around 2:15 pm today. I was working and unable to go pick up until around 9 pm but wanted to make sure I got the things I wanted. I ordered 2 of the BOGO Jeeter 5 pack. 7 hours. They had 7 hours to place my order. When I went to go pick up, my order had not been started. And all but 1 of the 4 items I placed were out. 7 fucking hours. Fucking bullshit.

Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. I always leave with a smile anytime I go. I would give kudos to the guy from Ohio who helped me but I can’t remember his name. He made the end of my day a little better and I definitely appreciate the “hospitality” vibe.

Had some of the chicken wings great sauce . Could barely taste the cannibas.

So i got the email at 6:30 pm stating my order is ready for pickup up. I leave half way there i realize i forgot my phone. 3 cars ahead of me. Didnt realize it was a busy night. Gal tells me my order wasnt ready and i didnt have my phone to show the email so in like idk what the email said, she was like it was a confirmation, but i got you. Which was way cool. I got home and checked my email. Yes at 6:30 email that the order is ready so that was just weird 😅 all in all.

I have never been to this dispensary, however I have been to quite a few around the valley and I’ve even worked at Nirvana. I can say with 100% honesty that this is by far the best dispensary in Arizona. The atmosphere, the visible grow room! The kitchen!! It’s the best experience I have ever had. I can’t wait to come and grab something to try from the kitchen!

Ordering ahead is a joke - you still have to wait in line with everyone else just to pick up your order. So take your chance waiting in the drive thru or just order ahead somewhere else if you want convinence because this place isn't it.

Located in convenient area and open 24 hours. Has all the amenities you would need. Love it and always recommend.
