Drive thru rips you off and they have an incentive to do good reviews, this place is overrated and trash. They charged me rec even after seeing my med card in the drive thru and then when I made another online order they made my order and it was completed but when I went in they swapped it for a more expensive one saying they ran out of what I ordered even though it was confirmed to be packed and ready. Their budtenders clearly play favorites and they’re sketchy

I like everything but the male workers, they purposely ignore gay customers. Every time I go in there’s the short Mexican and the chubby white dude and they literally pretend or just straight up ignore me when I go in but always call the person behind me. I always have to wait for one of the girls and it’s funny because they probably won’t approve this comment this place is not LGBT friendly and that’s fine not everywhere has to be

They overcharged me he saw my medical I’d and still charged me recreational tax and then they won’t pick up the phone when you call, they’re absolutely shitty

This is the second time I’ve had to make a bad review, they gaslight and lie and refuse to do their jobs. A manager was telling me he was going to fix my points situation AGAIN, he said it would take 90 minutes to do so I said I’d use my points next time when he fixed them and I went online to check and they weren’t fixed. I’ keep having management issues at this location and it’s getting tiresome, I will be posting this review on all the review websites considering y’all don’t post mine lmao

Racist disgusting lazy staff.

I placed my order an hour ago and they haven’t even confirmed nor started packing it and they’re not even busy! I went in and they’re not busy at all!

I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone to place an order via the phone number given and nobody responds, however they were open when I first asked and they’re open now and they’re still not responding. I guess they don’t want customers lol

I’ve came here every other day for some good weed, their weed is always fresh and the bud tenders are friendly and extremely helpful
