I really love this location! I'm always taken care of quickly and with care! I never know what I'm getting so I appreciate the advice! I also love the fact that the Tempe location is open so late and 24 hours on the weekends! This comes in handy for people like me who do gig work and lose track of time thank you guys so much! CJ M

I’m sorry to write this, because I’ve shopped at the Tempe store since the beginning of rec sales and spent plenty of money there. On Wednesday, I ordered the Grow Sciences Secret Triangle rosin for pick up and a little while after I received the text stating my order was ready, I got one from a different number saying they were out of that and would be replacing it with Sour San Souci, to which I replied I do not want that, but would consider a Drago. No other texts from either number. I looked on line and the Secret Triangle rosin was still there. At the drive through they actually tried to sneakily give me the one I said I did not want! They tried to give me a different one yet, then they actually let me drive away to make the purchase at Jars! Meanwhile, right now, on Saturday, that rosin is STILL ON THE MENU! I absolutely have no idea why they would wish to not only lose my business on Wednesday, but probably pretty much forever. Clearly there was something sketchy happening.

The worst dispensary in Phoenix! Poor customer service! Poor management service! Overpriced products. Stay clear away from this dispensary! I drove 30 minutes at 2am to pickup am online order, only to come in and get quoted a totally different price then online! I know you have to include tax, however the items I ordered showed they were on sale. John the manager said he couldn't honor it, even though it was an error on the company end! Different price online versus in person? Switch and bait to me! Not the first time this has happened to me but it will be the last! They ready online orders even when they don't have it, having you waste your time to come down. Gas is expensive! Plenty other dispensaries in Phoenix! Drive past MINT!

I've only been in twice before (one walk-in and drive-through each), but every time is really pleasant. Everyone (security, reception, bud tenders) seems super informed, and not only friendly, but kind (no pun intended). I hope it's as fun to work there as it is to visit, because you guys are just on top of your shit, with a smile :) Thank you (side note: I overuse parentheses when I'm home again and 5 minutes into enjoying my purchase)!

Today was my first time actually using the drive-through window, and I enjoyed it very much. Gentleman was very nice and polite.

I used to spent thousands here especially because at one time Zenleaf had DEFI - WANA BOGOS along with numerous others. Now, they do like 20-30% off and I’ve noticed MUV RSO was once $12 a g and now it’s $20. Zen must really be hurting. That one example of a BOGO is no longer really a BOGO and it’s extremely extremely disappointing. In 6 months I’ve spent $1800, since not even 1/20Th of that. Please figure out your dispensary so you can once again make your customers happy!

Jesse resolved an issue without having being asked to. I’ve been coming here in and off for years because of customer service. He has restored my confidence back with you guys. Kudos to you Jesse. People like you will keep this place moving forward.

This is the best dispensary I have ever been to. last Friday there were a ton of bogo deals, I got hooked up with free swag from vendors and free tacos from a local Taco spot. I was a bit disappointed when they first opened years ago but definitely blown away with the past experiences and have been there 5 times in the past two months. Great job Mint!!!
