Great staff, quality products and wonderful store!

Their website allows you to make a curbside order for the following day, but anytime you do that they sell the product you ordered and cancel your order. If you can't reserve product that has already been ordered, don't allow people to make the order a day out. Their system sucks and their employees don't gaf and now their prices have risen to the point we won't shop there any more. Y'all think too much of yourselves in a town full of dispensaries willing to hold on to what a patient needs and orders.

I enjoyed my checkout and service that I received, but when I got home to smoke my dabs, I realized I have an open package. It says right on the recite that there are no returns and all sales are final, but I got an opened package? Not only that, the oil was so watery and poorly packaged that a lot of the dab oil seeped out and got stuck in the packaging. I have posted a link to the picture of the dab oil below. Also, the dab container was very hard to open since the container was covered in oil. I am unsatisfied with the fact that they sold me an open package. I am shocked honestly and cannot believe it. My experience with the cashier was awesome though, and I ended up getting a big discount using my veteran discount + using my points. Sucks I used some of my points for an open 1g, which I am not sure is even a full 1 gram. I think someone smoked out of it. I really enjoy coming to Oasis South. The prices are incredibly low, and staff is always kind and i hardly ever have to wait in line. A very good dispensary overall I'd say.

The shorted my curbside order when I naively trusted them and didn't check the bag. I bought a bunch of prerolls and they switched 1 gram rolls with 0.5 gram without telling me. In fact they lied to me, and I was told earlier than one a single preroll couldn't be ordered because it was sold out, before noon. Speaking of selling out, these people ALWAYS overpromise and ALWAYS under deliver, or straight up screw you over. Not once did they have what they said they had. Not once! Forget about the phone, because it never connects you to anymore. Today, Memorial Day, I was dumb enough to give them another chance. I ordered before noon again, and I was given a 4 hour window which I accepted. Now it's 9 pm and I still am waiting. I would've never heard from them had I not sent a message thanking them for wasting my whole day. Now, the driver is lying to the operator, or the operator is lying to me, or both are simply lying and won't put it besides them, but sisterly the driver is complaining that I'm unreachable. Never again. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more and keep your self respect, because these pathetic excuses for human beings will treat as nothing more than a book filler, and they tell you to get lost at the end of the day. I have been coming to this place, ever since they opened their doors to recreational cannabis users, so roughly 2 years 3 months. I have been meaning to post a review, but procrastination has always gotten the best of me... until today. I called them today, and there was a minor problem (which wasn't even because of something they did... this was my issue, my problem), but through the course of two phone calls, this problem was remedied... and through the course of working this problem out, Oasis (especially Jose) displayed such grace, character, and excellent customer service! I apologized, if my curt candid manner sounded rude and disrespectful, and I wanted/needed them to know that wasn't my intent, and if they had taken it in that way, I was sorry for that... I won't ramble on, anymore. I will end this by saying that I am thankful for how incredible the team is, over at Oasis. Best prices in town, too! Oasis should be a mandatory stop, for all weed tourists and regular tourists. You are probably over paying, if you buy your bud, at any other location.

I absolutely love oasis ! I have been going there since I moved from New York &’ they are amazing ! Thank their team always looks out for their customers ! Chris , Ashley &’ Daniella are all truly great ! Daniella is constantly recommending different products, Chris gives me insight on each strain to find the perfect one each time ! Ashley is always an angel if anything goes wrong ! She’s quick to take action and leave the customer with a smile ! Love this place , also great prices ! They have a point system along with a punch card bag for freebies !how can it get any better ?

Good shit

This was my first time ordering from here and my first time getting it delivered. Super easy to do online and I liked the fact that they delivered even if its under $100. Most places have a $200 minimum. Driver was friendly and it took about 3 hours but thats nothing given these times during the Covid-19 outbreak and how busy dispensaries are. Very satisfied🙂

I keep trying this dispensary but it usually ends in frustration. They have the same strains as all the other dispensaries, it all comes from in state suppliers. Having a dispensary doesn't mean they know how to run a business. They have difficulties handling more than 1 or 2 customers at a time. Orders will be cancelled after receiving messages that it's available for pickup. They may or may not have strains listed in the menu. Save the headache, go to another dispensary.

Came by for a pickup order 30 mins early... checked in... after 30 mins i try to signal someone for help am ignored twice by the security guard on his phone, and the budtender sonia (green hair) 15 more minutes pass i finally signal her and she is understanding about the situation. I dont blame her as much as The manager “Ralph” or “raf” .. he’s supposed to be on top of what’s happening and making sure everyone is taken care of in a timely order. I saw 4 people served before me and i just feel like other dispensaries are more customer oriented and organized than Oasis.

My budtender today, maybe around 4pm, was approachable and very helpful. It was a pretty small order of some flowers and edibles. A flower that I was interested in, but was out of stock. She recommended an alternative that checks all of.the boxes! Totally satisfied with today's experience. Since they started In-Store Purchase again, all my experiences have been great. Prices and daily specials have been decent. This place is quickly becoming my goto.
