Unfortunately the manager did not honor the prices listed on Leafly. I drive an hour only to be told that the price was DOUBLE what my emailed receipt showed. Will no longer give my patronage here.

My husband's go to dispensary. They have amazing service, great selection, and discounts for seniors and veterans. Staff our friendly, engaging, and it's just an all-around pleasure to deal with. Sanctuary's events are fun and my advice is to buy tickets online and get there early.
Have my old number but the first time buyer discount is the reason I can’t get a delivery and the promos that they have on the website are apparently not available. Soooo getting half of what I thought I was getting for the same price about 8 hours later.. definitely never going through them ever again
Dispensary response:
Hey there, we’re really sorry to hear about the confusion and delay with your order. It sounds like there was some mix-up with the first-time buyer discount and current promo availability, which can vary between delivery and in-store orders.
We completely understand how disappointing that must have felt. Please reach out to us directly at marketing@thesanctuaryca.com so we can look into your order details and make it right. We truly value your feedback and will use this to improve our communication and service moving forward. 💚

Zyric was awesome, super helpful, answered all our questions and guided us through all the products with transparency around prices and effects.
By far the BEST dispensary in the greater sac area. My new home away from home. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I love coming here, great vibe, good deals, fantastic service
Won’t pick up the phone, tried all extensions. Not a way to run a business rude as hell. Would not recommend if they can’t pick up a phone how the hell can you trust their weed.

Response from The Sanctuary:
Hey there, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience trying to reach us. We understand how frustrating that can be. Our team works hard to assist every caller, but sometimes high in-store traffic or peak hours can make it difficult to get to the phone right away.
We’d love the chance to make it right. You can reach us directly at marketing@thesanctuaryca.com, or stop by the shop — our staff will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our customer service moving forward. 💚

Great service, great merch! Was going to order online but glad I came in instead because of staff. I'll be back next time I visit Sacramento.
Ordered for pickup. Staff were nice, service was fast. Overall great experience. The building location is a little sketchy but I kind of expected that.
Very polite and great customer service very welcoming and knowledgeable and helpful will definitely keep coming back the best cannabis club I have been inside
