Do not get the value tier "popcorn". Bought a half from them. About an eighth of it was big sticks with nothing on them and dusty leaf at the bottom. This will be the second time they have done this to me. No more. Never again. Im never shopping here again. Thieves, flat out.

Says they close at 8pm, I get there at 758pm and they wouldn't let me in. They just stared at me. I have no car so it was a waste of a uber from Springdale to rogers an back to Springdale. Never will go here again, atleast ACANZA will let me in even 2mins before they close or even 30mins after they close ACANZA always let's you in.

I came in today and got an eighth split between divinity remix and black jack. When I got home I went to smoke and I noticed the black jack isn’t just black jack, it’s damn black jack cryo cure and it wasn’t listed as such. I’m so disappointed, this stuff is yellow, brown, and dry and terpless. Black jack is normally nothing like this. It’s also little tiny shake nugs and might as well have been a bag of smalls or something.

It sucks because you are so close but you just can't get it together. your app says you open at 9am on Sunday. I put in an order and get a notification saying I can pick it up at 9:19am. I get there and your not open. it took I dont know how long for you to start to compete with releaf and then you can't even get your hours right on your own app. I really try to like this place but it's just always something with you guys. I'd rather waist gas going all the way to releaf than to deal with this place and that sucks for your employees because I'm friends with a few but that won't bring me in anymore.

Good selection, decent prices, good staff. They are friendly, they get to you quick and they are helpful. Never had any complaints about the source. It's way better than releaf center. Fresher product (releaf harvest dates are normally 2-3 months behind the source) and better quality. It may not be as cheap as releaf but I'm willing to pay a little more for better quality product and much better service. Best dispensary in Bentonville by a thousand miles.

Had some pretty sweet deals!

Was shorted almost 4 grams over two quarters and when I called to have them check the scale that was used, they basically called me a liar even after I said I wasn't trying to get the missing 4 grams that I already paid for. Check your stuff BEFORE you leave.

The source is the type of place you only go when you have to. I have never had quality service here but more so the staff act miserable to be there. I have been here in 2019-2020 and again in 2021. As a medical patient who’s been to all 5 dispensaries in NWA, the source ranks among the bottom half. Pricing is decent, only good deals here are on edibles, but for flower and concentrates I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Quality lacking and prices are absurd.

I like the service and all the people who work here! I've not gotten any bad flower! The relief center doesn't even contend with The Source! They may have cheaper prices but their flower is poor quality! Even their Premium flower there is higher!

I'm a long term customer admittedly, over the past couple of years they have helped me go from know-nothing up to a point I feel good researching on my own. Super friendly staff, all willing to help. I also like their new layout! I've used both the pickup and walkin sides and it flows great.

I guess don't call this place even though they don't list anything about the carts 6/7 times but your just supposed to go in wait and then hope they have something that will work for you I guess. Right on

Staff is rude.

Staff members are very rude and they don't ask or tell you anything when you walk in. I had a online order and no one asked me about it. Asked me to see my ID 2×s and then for my MC they had my MC then they proceeded to tell me where to go and She was very rude about everything! This was my 2nd time there and the only reason I went yesterday was because they were the only one open. I will NOT be coming back rude the 1st time I went also. I won't recommend anyone here.

staff is horrible! product has been the same for 3 years. and way overpriced! just remember that all of NWA dispensary owners are try to block temporary out of state licenses bc they are losing all their patients. do to rude staff and way way overpriced. so when you give them your money you are kicking yourself by that money goes to block you from getting better prices elsewhere. 🤔 do your research and you won't have to pay $500 for an ounce. or $150 for a gram cart. when live resin carts elsewhere are $30. Sad 🌎!

Don't believe anything they tell you over the phone. By the time you get there everything will change and they don't care about customer service in the least bit. Go to Releaf.

I've visited several times now here and I will continue to do business with them because of friendly and knowledgeable staff ! Even the guard is super nice every time !!

This place is amazing!!!!!!!! There are so many things in the store that aren’t on the website like disposables and pens. Everyone is so chill and I felt like I was walking into a hangout with the homies

Very knowledgeable, personable staff that is eager to help. I was allowed to look around their store and all my questions were answered. (I believe my guy was Logan.) Very clean. Their herb comes in quality sealed containers that are reusable. Labels clearly stuck to the container similar to labels on a pharm bottle. Cash only, but there is an ATM on-site. If they had a "compassionate care" system in place for reduced rates, it would be the best dispensary in the state! I really love this store!

Here’s the thing- marijuana in Arkansas is expensive/overpriced no matter where you go! I LOVE The Source. From the guard to the counter service, everything is quick and so personal. They make you feel so comfortable, and are so welcoming. I have never had a bad experience. My first visit I got some edibles from an online order, and the guy at counter made me aware that another brand was a better deal! He was more than happy to switch it out for me. I can’t express how much I love the customer service here. I will FOREVER be a customer here.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SOURCE! I am fairly new to the medical marijuana community, and I was recommended here by every cardholding friend I asked. I have never been disappointed with the quality of products or service I have received here. The staff are all exceedingly friendly and helpful. The environment is professional, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend shopping in store, if you can, because sometimes they will have awesome deals that you won't see if you are shopping online. However, if you are in a rush, shopping online is super fast in both how quickly your order is ready for pickup, (every time I've ordered during business hours it was ready in less than thirty minutes) and how quick the actual pickup process is, only taking a few minutes to get in and out. 10/10 RECOMMEND THE SOURCE!
