I love the employees. they follow shitty policy and one of the guard hippies has an awful aura. I used to live this place but probably won't visit ever again. vive la releaf.

The Source is my favorite NWA dispensary. I have never had a terrible experience until a couple weeks ago. One of the men handing out numbers asked if I had an online order but never put my number on the car. As I’m answering his question a car pulls in beside me and he looks up at it and goes there as soon as I finish and places a number. He then goes inside for a few minutes and returns. At this point I’m trying to get his attention but he goes to tell the car that pulled in after me it’s their turn. I roll my window down on that side of the car and tell him I should be next. He tried to argue with me before telling me to go in. My friend was in the car (mind you the windows are still down) and he tells the people that were after me that he was sorry and didn’t know why I was b***tching and he guessed that I must have felt jolted in same way. They weren’t even that busy either, I’ve been back twice and both time last it was over run and it was smoother than that time. I have no idea what happened but it really didn’t make me feel too great that he felt the need to be distasteful in his word choice when I was out fo earshot.

once you visit The source .... you wont wanna go to any other store... Friendly and willing to work with you to make you comfortable! i have anxiety and they are always very friendly and when I have questions they will stay and answer All of them no matter how long it takes.. Very knowledgeable on all there products and what works best for different symptoms. :)

Really helpful and kind staff! I have pretty bad anxiety but everyone made the experience easy and relatively comfortable. I’ll definitely come back... The location is great, I love being able to get small amounts of a strain just to see what I might like, and the prices are decent.

It seems like every time I come here, the “guards” out front are usually not very friendly and have more times than once been offensive and derogatory about the people coming in for their medicine. Referring to us as “stoners” and “pot heads” instead of being respectful towards their clientele. Today when I went to pick up my order, all three of the “guards” were standing around loudly complaining about their coworkers and using offensive language about them and saying how lazy they thought they were. They did this openly and non-discretely in front of myself, and all others waiting to pick up our orders. Once I was inside, the guard with the badge and gun came in cursing and complaining under his breath loud enough for the rest of us to hear, again. I usually don’t care about these types of things, but I feel that this is a bad image to put on not only for your dispensary, but also in the fight for legalization period. I hope this can and will change.

I have to say I had one of the best experiences working with Zach tonight. He was very very nice. Took time to explain everything for me. As an older patient I really appreciate it. Pretty much everyone there are very nice.

Over priced for the quality. Doesn’t honor Senior Discount for 60 and up. Once again the people of Arkansas are getting screwed on pricing, watch out dispensary you’re looking like big pharmaceutical companies. Just waiting on the day I can grow my own and eliminate the middle man IT’S COMING!

First time there ever right after work so filled out the paperwork and was back with an amazing assortment of bud you can mix and match. The service from the guard to the bud tender was kind and welcoming. But here’s the kicker I order a terp tanq known for their dankness but the bud tender knew his stuff and recommended a cart that far exceeded dankness of the terp tanq. Thank you so much y’all I’ll be back. SK

Was a little loud and hard to hear in the back room, but staff was nice and shopping was easy! Pickup is a nice option to get in and out because it's always busy and you're almost guaranteed a short wait if you want to shop in person.

Overpriced and over-rated. Great if your just looking for a one time novelty, but I wouldn’t make this your regular spot.

Because of the coronavirus, they have made extra windows and ask that you make online orders. When you get confirmation that order is ready for pickup, don't delay on going. The worker's are having to get everyone checked in and take a number for you to wait in your vehicle until called. They don't want to risk getting anyone sick without social distanceing , but also understood that we would still need our meds. So please be patient and understanding with them. It was how they could stay open and still keep us access to our meds. They are all trying to get everyone taken as fast as they possibly can. So parking is limited and unless you have 4x4 don't pull into the back lot. Since all the rain it's soaked and muddy. Thank you The Source!!! I tried to go someplace else. I was made to feel looked down at. I didn't even walk in that place and left, waited for The Source to open. From the first time I went to them. I was welcomed and made to feel like these people really cared! I'll never go to anybody else!!!

I've been here 7 times in the past year. I've held off my review because I didn't like the attitude of the employees. Except for Jesse. And I didn't want to leave a bad review because of the people because we all know what's important is the product. But Jesse and the fact I don't want to drive any further is why I keep coming back. I see everyone else saying how great they are, so maybe I'm just a bigger *sshole than I thought. But now with pick up available it's easy in and out with less contact. But the main thing here is that the quantity and quality here is very good and reason enough to drive a little further to check them out. The only thing that would make them better is delivery.

My first visit was great. I was made to feel welcomed and made comfortable. The man that helped was informative and helpful. Other places I have been I cannot hear. It is too noisy. The products I use are pretty good. I do wish there was a larger selection but I think they will eventually get there. The 2nd time I went I ordered ahead and that was super quick and accurate. I've been coming here since it opened up. I love how I can walk in and pick the bud I want. I get to watch them weigh the product before I buy it. Ot makes me more confident that I am getting what I'm paying for. I get great service every time I go in. You can walk in with 21.50 and walk out with that in marijuana minus taxes obviously.

I asked about my allotment not working to my cashier at the pickup window...every time I check it, all it says is eenie meanie Minny mo... She was rude as she says "I don't know what your entering wrong I haven't heard anyone having any issues" I understand that it is not her fault...but this is a medical facility and she implied I was dumb and offered no help.... Anyways...no biggie...but I personally don't like being brushed off as a patient and also, I have a feeling she knows more mmj patients than me And I know others that are having the same issue.....Friday is not the day to go to the source.

Best prices on flower in the area. As others have noted the place is a little small and bleak which detracts from the atmosphere. The security guard and staff have always treated me well. Especially today. Things are crazy right now with the COVID-19 crises. Hours have changed. Online prepacked orders only. Waits for order fulfillment are running several hours. Wait to pick it up running an hour or more. Waiting room is closed. They’ve got new pickup protocols trying to meet the demand and keep patients and staff safe. After check in you have to wait in car and wait for text telling you to come in. Everyone chill and we’ll get through this.

Love the people and the service. I go here most of the time because their stock is all ways lit. I grab like 2-4 different strains and never feel pressed about it. I ended up adding an extra g today because of the ease of being able to mix and mach on the fly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They answer your questions about all things related, they don’t brush you off. Quick in and out. Love that you can order on line and it’s ready when you get there.
