I just want to shout out to Ann. I really appreciate that she called me to let me know that the strain I ordered online was going to be shake so I could choose another strain, if I wanted to. That's the definition of customer service - making sure your customer leaves happy. She nailed it! I love this place, they know me here and they get me in & out the door in 5 minutes or less most of the time. You're wasting time & money going anywhere else in NWA.

Arie is one of the sweetest girls, and I must say with all that’s happening amid the coronavirus and us having to stand outside to get our meds, I know they’re doing the best they can and it shows. They truly care about their patients and that’s awesome. I hope they all take care and stay well. The Source is down to earth and treat people the upmost respect and dignity. I wish them the very best in these uncertain times and pray they are allowed to stay open for us patients. Lenny you silver fox and Arie thank you so much for all you do for us, beautiful souls.

Very nice people! Line moves fast. Building feels a little sketchy and is located on the most busy street in town, so discretion isn’t easy.

While having breakfast at a local restaurant I placed an online order. Finished eating and drove to The Source. I told the security guard I was there to pick up an online order. He told me they were backed up on online orders and to go have breakfast and come back later. I told him to cancel order and I would purchase directly from store since there was only 3 customers. Puzzled security guard walked away. The girl that took my cards heard this exchange and online order was ready in minutes. Let security guard know customers come first. LovedThe Source prior to this encounter. Great service, good quality product from a mostly friendly staff...

The folks are always friendly here. They’re fast and efficient especially since the pandemic. I order online, I am told when it’s ready, and I’ll go pick it up. Ini five minutes I’m out the door. Highly recommend it.

Tip to the employees: if you want to gossip/complain about your clients at least step to the back where you cannot be heard. Customer service here is lacking hard core.
