The Source Cannabis - Arkansas

You know, I’ve been to a few dispensary’s in Arkansas. I’ve been consistently returning to The Source since they opened, it’s not the closest! I’ve been there on days that my bud tender was not in the best mood. But in all fairness, I’ve been there days when I could have been more polite. Overall, this establishment, it’s staff and their products have always been spot on! I look forward to the people, all most as much, as my medication. Great job!

Usually pretty happy, but with the new social distancing measures online ordering is the way. I ordered an eighth of Lilac Diesel (teir 1 pricing) got all shake not even one small dense bud. Now had i paid a reduced price for shake id be pleased, as it smells, taste, and smokes great. I can only imagine what the buds were like.

For the 2nd time now, the Security has been Unprofessional. I dont shop at The Source, to get eyeballed, be a focus of suspicion or get treated like a criminal. Is "The Source", operating a Business Or a popularity contest ? Embarrassing.

The staff is amazing! The manager there is awesome She help me tremendously. 💕 Just wish they had a bigger selection. I like it so much that don’t but from anywhere else.

Helpful staff! Leafly should be updated more frequently and MORE TERPENE profiles PLEASE! If I am to choose online, profiles would be sooooo helpful! Seriously, it isn't always about sative,indica high thc levels.

They handled this situation like champs!!! Web page could use more descriptions like HOURS CHANGING, PROCEDURES CHANGING but overall I had to wait for an hour but understand the status of our country. Great job @thesource Would like to send an email regarding disabled folks access to the source but this isn't the right place. Got an email address for that?

The sweet girl that helped me was wonderful!! I had ordered online and did not realize taxes were not included I had to go back to my car twice ( because of my own stupidity) she was extremely patient with me.. I loved ordering online it was ready when I arrived. The security guys out front were very friendly!! I had a wonderful experience as usual!

I love the staff and how knowledgeable they are about the products

The people that worked there are very nice to me and they educated me also. Service was great .

My only complaint I have is packaging. The small containers are fine but the larger one I've got lately is to hard to open. I can't grip it well enough to open.

During my last pick up the employees outside did not have on masks and come right up to your window, not distancing or wearing masks. They serve disabled people and should definitely have on mask to protect their customers. I think this is unconscionable.

I finally made online order and it didn't take me long at all this time they do have good assortment of supplies

Fantastic quality, feels hand chosen every time. Online orders are super easy and feel very secure and comfortable and can be super quick if you pick the right time. Love it.

The quality of strains available rivaled anything I had before, including strains grown in Colorado and California. I believe the growers used by this dispensary have access to unique growing conditions that result in very aromatic and flavorful buds. Definitely worth the drive

I always have a good experience each time I visit The Source. The budtenders are extremely welcoming and help out when you have questions. The prices are unbeatable, especially compared to other dispensaries in the area. I live 40 minutes away, and have dispensaries closer to my home, but I come to The Source because the experience and product makes it worth the trip. 👍🏻

I feel rushed like a mf. You have to order everything online, and you can’t call them cause there phone doesn’t work most of the time. You can’t ask them any questions about anything it’s crazy. I understand the whole covid-19 thing is scary but we your patients/customers should still be able to ask questions, and get answers. And the wait times are crazy.

I have been going to the source since they opened and they are great people in general but this last week there was a problem with my allotment Meagan and Jessy went way above and beyond good service they researched and found out what the problem was and are fixing it now Thank you again guys

I've been to every other dispensary in the state. I go here. This is how it is supposed to be. Value for dollar is best here. The people are great. They weigh everything in front of you so you can inspect it before it goes in and see if someone accidentally grabs a giant chunk of stem. I have not had a prepack in this state that I was happy about. They have product from all three of the open growers. in despite everyone buying from the same source they seem to be the people that sets the lowest price for the highest quality. I work hard for my money and I do not mind giving it to these folks.

Be careful with online orders. My recent order of Sour Diesel and South African Kwazulu were filled in a timely manner. But with JUNK. The SD is just a bunch of tiny trash popcorn pieces and leaf. The SAK is very stemmy and seedy in tiny airy buds. It's like the opportunity to push junk flower on folks is taken with online Orders. This is the kind of flower that should be processed into edibles or something.

Online order did not go through correctly. Took almost 3 hrs to get it ready. Got my order, got in car, looked at the receipt and noticed that they had shorted me on the 1 I needed and charged me for extra flower that I didn't order. After that, the manager "tried" to make me seem at fault. If the order has been read to me at pick up, I would have caught the problem then. Besides that half of my containers are shake. You need new management, just some advise.

Well I'll tell you everyone was very very cool they took care of my needs it was right on thanks everyone for sticking around through this pandemic helping us out with our medicine stay safe

They were able to get me in and what I needed in like 30 mins from order at 4:30 in the 4th which I thought was Amazing & I really appreciate the care their people show:)!
