The Vault is my go to dispensary. Very knowledgeable friendly chill staff. (Ian was quite pleasant to work with).

I’ve been going to Webster vault for a long time now Usually very courteous and helpful this morning for some reason nobody would help just let me standing there I ordered ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait but nobody would help so I left very disappointed

Staff are extremely helpful! Soon as you walk in, You're greeted and they ask you if there's something that you would need help with. All you have to tell them is what you're looking for for effects, and they guide you in the right direction.

I really can’t say enough positive about The Vault. I’ve visited several nearby dispensaries & I’ve felt the most comfortable here. They don’t rush you when you’re asking questions, give you personalized recommendations, and offer their personal opinions (if you ask, of course). Good prices too, I’ve paid $35/8th for some good bud, can’t beat that. Also they have local growers setup pop-ups in-store throughout the month, which is cool. I’ve had an issue at a direct competitor where I walked out feeling embarrassed for asking questions - that’s not the way. With all the new cannabis products, everyone is a newbie again. I make my bi-weekly pilgrimage here and always leave happy.

Great local dispensary with very friendly staff! Definitely my favorite dispensary to go to in the area. The products are good quality and the prices have been great compared to nearby shops.

I ordered online. When I arrived I asked why is was $100 when it was $60 online. He said I ordered a bigger size. I asked it was good and he replied yes, I should of asked but he failed to mention the quality was not even comparable. Their gonna say everything is good. I called when I got home with it still in bag with receipt after I looked at it. I ordered 31% and came home with 17%. I called the store and they refused to exchange. Really?! As a business owner our practice is to make the customer experience better for their next visit. This should of been simple. You have lost my business and I will forward my experience to others.

Nice shop to go to easy in and out when pre-order! Smoke was great as described for anxiety and pain! Without the sedation feeling!! So I would shop her again!!

Amazing experience. I did an order pick up. Next time I’m going in to shop. I love the display cases. Beautiful spot.

If there is any sales make sure you are at the door waiting. Their 40% lemon haze that was advertised to probably thousands they only ordered 40 pouches according to employee. My wife and I drove all the way there for nothing. Sold out of most of the better deals at 1030am on Black Friday. Many other dispensaries around way cheaper and better quality. Only takes 15 minutes to get to Worcester from Webster. If you are going to be spending good money on bud it’s worth the 15 minute ride trust me.

They are always very nice and they have a big selection.

Great store! Very large menu for flower and concentrates, and everything is on display which is nice. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and aren't awkward. The vibe in general is professional, but laid back and comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

Only thing I dislike is the high prices. Other than that no complaints about atmosphere, great service. Staff is great

I've been in twice now and must say that it is the friendliest of the places I have been. Both times I was created with a smile and all my questions answered. Karah I believe the first time took the time to show me everything I was curious about on my first visit. She was accommodating. The second time I was helped by Riley. She was able to point me in the right direction when it came to finding what I was looking for, again with a smile and kindness. Customer service is huge for me and with those two working here I'll be sure to return. They have made it my new favorite spot.

What an awesome place! My first visit was a few days ago, the place is brand new, super clean, super open. I was impressed with selection. I was greeted warmly by the staff. I chatted with Karah (a super nice and polite staff member) and she helped me pick just the right "gifts" out for my girlfriend. It's only been a few days and I've recommended this place to several people already. Keep up the good work over there!

Kristen B with the dark hair was extremely helpful with guiding me in the right direction when choosing a concentrate that was right for me. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and help me choose an awesome tasting concentrate from The Botanist. I absolutely love how attentive the staff is, this is by far my favorite dispensary I’ve ever visited and I will for sure be returning in the near future!!

It was my first time visiting The Vault and I was not disappointed. Everything was so organized and friendly. Karah immediately was able to help me distinguish what I wanted, and gave me a lot of information on what was what. I left very satisfied and will definitely be back. Also super cheap pre-rolls! Cheapest out of any dispensary I’ve been to (while remaining high-quality). Keep up the good work Vaulters!

By far the best dispensary, hands down! Everything from the menu to the atmosphere to the smiling faces. I let Riley select a pre roll for me every visit and they’re always on point! You guys rock!

I was in the other day for the second time and was not disappointed! I got to work with Kristen again, on my first visit she showed me everything in the store and answered all my questions, the second time she was my cashier and did just as well on the register as she did on the floor! Between the employees and the all around atmosphere I'd have to say this is one of, if not, the best dispensery around.

Best selection in MA! The vault has it ALL! Seriously! I always look out for Riley when I’m there, she’s my go to, but everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful!
