I love coming here and now that I know you get 20% off online orders I pick up more often,and you can even change your order when you go to pick it up. But I am confused about a review someone else left, the bud tender sold weed to a customer with kids in the car but made a 60 year old man show ID or they wouldn't sell to them. That makes no sense. I thought children were not allowed on the property. You need to make sure you apply the same rules to every customer. ;)

better way to shop for multiple products without having to send bud tenders rushing back and forth to get whole order especially when busy .✌️

1st off, I trust the online ordering process and use it regularly. Each time, my order has been correct, ready, and complete when I picked up curbside. The staff are always professional and nice. I'll be back to The Vault whenever I need medicine. The "Wax Wednesday" promotion is great to help my budget meet my needs. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for cannabis, adult use or medical.

Have been here a bunch of times but today I had the worst service ever. Older woman was extremely rude to me due to a misunderstanding & spoke down on me multiple times. Will never return to this location because of her terrible customer service. She spoke about getting other employees potentially fired & couldn’t have been more rude about informing me they could not fulfill my order. Hope she gets fired not her amazing coworkers who I have never had a problem with.

Really nice quality bud, seriously awesome products. Pickup was quick and easy. Everyone from the doorman to the bud tender was kind, funny, and quick to service.

love the pandemic discount for online orders, it's really been helpful with my wallet. The drive thru pick ups is pretty sweet addition. Do wish the staff would wear masks. Really nice people with great music choices to enjoy. Making small talk shows some interest in the customer & not just a business transaction. It would be awesome to have maybe a walk up/pick up line out the other entrance for in store purchases. I do wish they would pick up Fireline's concentrates. Then I wouldn't need to go anywhere else for that.

We have been coming to this store since it opened. Been curbside since it started. This was the first time I was told she couldn't sell to me if my husband 60 years old unless he showed his ID. We have picked up before and he didn't have to show ID. She said he on the property and must show ID. So do you check everyone in the parking lot? They are on the property. It was very rude and I am really disappointed in the service. I don't drive and the only way to get there is my husband. If you change the rules let us know.

I would give it 6 starts on quality of I could! Today is 8-5 and the 1/8 I got was harvested on 8-6! Future weed!!!

Have never been disappointed by quality of products or quality of service. Store is clean and nicely laid out. Curbside pickup is also an easy and convenient service which has also not let me down. Would definitely recommend.

NEVER trust the budtenders to know wtf their doing. Came in here today, bought an eight of blackberry kush strain that was recommended by a budtender. Great. I get home only to find out, he actually didn’t give me the strain specific I asked for. Instead gave me sativa Dominant hybrid. I smoke indica only for a reason, so I gave them a call and let them know. Spoke with a budtender who at the time assumed it was him that helped me out initially. I asked him if it was ok that i won’t be for another couple of hours and he said it was totally fine. I come back to the store only to be told that it’s too late for an exchange and all they can offer is 35% off my next purchase. So basically, I’m out the money I paid for a bag of weed I can’t smoke, and expect me to spend more money to actually get what I already asked for in the first place. I was already anxious to begin with and now this whole ordeal has made it much worst! And all they can say is “well Nate didn’t know.....” how is it my problem if an employee is giving out the wrong info? Why am I the one paying the price for 2 employees mistakes? My advice is double check your product before walking out this store. Incompetent people seem to be running the place.

Pretty convenient location. Service is good with decent daily deals. Wish there was more variety on big bag purchases for flower. I'll be back for sure.

First time using online pick-up order. Was surprised to find out about the 20% discount for pick-up. Hell yeah, I'll be doing that again.

Pick up service definitely needs work. I wasnt the only one picking up and couldnt get thru to the store, kept getting a busy tone for almost 20 mins. Then had to finally go inside to let them know I was there.
