The Vault - Lake Stevens

I placed my online order & got a text at 7:20PM saying that my order was ready to pickup. I drove 12 miles to get there & was told that I MUST come into the store to get my order because they cutoff car service at 7:00PM. I explained that I am 68 years old, having surgery in 3 days & can't risk it. There was absolutely NO mention of a 7PM cutoff for order pickup anywhere on the website, text message or signage. This was pure age discrimination by the staff at the Lake Stevens Vault. The staff needs retraining & if pickup cutoff really IS 7:00PM, post it so people don't waste precious time driving for nothing. My time & personal safety means zip to their staff. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

I've been coming to the vault for years! I've always loved the people inside the customer service but lately a lot of really good people are leaving which is sad something else that is really sad to me as a customer that I actually look forward to coming in on a daily was the case with the percentage off of all the mismatched oil cartridges and flower. I'm pretty disappointed that the case is no longer it really was something to look forward to including the people that work there. at this point somebody that comes into the Vault daily I might be finding a new place to go.

Everyone at the vault is helpful and knowledgeable. Wanting to keep the vault open and people employeed I opted for online to maintain social distancing so missed the interaction with staff but my order was confirmed quickly and pick up was a breeze. Thank you, stay safe.

the website can be a little off sometimes with prices /percentages but over all awesome and easy love the selection and pretty open store and site.

Placed order online at 8am on a Sunday. 90 minutes later I’m still waiting to get text the order is ready for pickup. I went ahead and went in. First they girl couldn’t find it. I asked person who cashed me out why I hadn’t received text confirming it was ready. “Hmmm, I don’t know. Maybe the person who filled it didn’t hit the button. You could’ve called to confirm.” Really? No apology, no eye contact and downright rude. Clean up your act - your service has been going downhill for the last year. Will think twice about coming back.

All the budtenders know who I am and are always very helpful with picking out stuff if I'm just not sure what I want or if I want to try something new. Customer service is phenomenal! Love this place.

This was so quick and easy and amazing! The young man who brought it out was so nice and friendly! Our lab was giving him kisses!! Hahahaha!

Enjoy this place more every time I’m in town visiting and need to stop in!
