The Botanist - Worcester (Med)

Traveled far and wide to almost every dispensary in MA and this gem is pretty high up on my list of favorites! Exceptional flower... always fresh and the buds are nice. The prices are comparable to every other location but what takes the cake here is the POINT SYSTEM! Every dollar spent is a point and after 150 points is $18 off next purchase, 250= $35 off, and so on and so forth. It accumulates super fast. Great staff. Overall a top notch place and a must visit!

They have good Product. It seems like they don't have the selection other places do. They take a while to get new strains in, or new pre-rolls in. The prices could be dropped a little bit, but all in all, I visit the place quite often because like I said earlier in the comment that thier product is exceptional!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere from the first time I came. Edibles can be hard to get sometimes but improving. I just call from time to time to see if they have any. they will let you know when more will be coming. Great people. More relaxed than in others that have recreational

I went a few days ago for the first time and everyone was so kind! It’s so beautiful inside and clean! I’m very sick and have a lot of pain and the vape cartridge I got helped me so much! Can’t remember off top of my head but think it’s like fire something? So smooth and potent. I also got a pre roll which I wanted and the girl recommended one and it’s amazkng! It didn’t have the cheap plastic filter it’s rolled in the raw paper. I used to go to a different dispensary but they were always out of medical items! This is definitely my go to place now! Oh and the guy at the window helped me so much! Thx guys!

First things first. STAFF IS AMAZING. Knowledgable, personable, if youre having a down day they some how know how to make it brighter. Dont get me started on the Flower. Mostly ranging the 20%+ range I can say the taste, and smell of their flowers are great! Tried other dispensaries but this place has set the bar HIGH!(Pun intended) Planning on taking my business to this location only.

the place is nice to look at inside like most dispensaries. they had a lot to offer, but I always wish for more. I got a vape pen prior to the ban and some flower. it was decent.

This is my third or fourth visit here. Everyone is so knowledgeable at this dispensary. I feel like this is the only dispensary who focuses on terpenes and not just the highest THC levels. The budtender I had explained to me what terpenes were and what strains had what terpenes in them. No dispensary has taken the time to do this for me. Just another reason why I keep coming back.

As a first time patient I was very impressed with the entire atmosphere, felt like I was inside some high end fancy jewelry store on 5th Ave or something but not at all intimidating quite the opposite, very relaxing and welcoming. Love how you can walk around the displays and look at the strains and read info about them. I was also impressed with the menu and how it is presented from the binder with pictures and full description of each flower, it's lineage and being able to smell it if you want, I find that very helpful! 👍 Although the flower strains at the moment are all outsourced from other dispensaries and the prices are little on the higher side, they all seemed very top notch! But sometimes if you want quality then that's just how it goes. I will definitely be back and I recommend to anyone and everyone! 👌

Great first time visit. LA Kush Cake is phenomenal. Frosty Purple terpiness in a well groomed flower. Wish there was more interaction available with the product pre purchase but the layout is great and the product is showcased nicely. Can't wait to go back

Let me start by saying “What a beautiful dispensary. The staff was very knowledgeable. I have lung cancer, and I am using Cannabis for my pain management, the rep took the time to explain to help me out with letting me know what is good and what would not work. Great flower. I will bring all my business there. Plus they participate with the Veterans Compassionate Care Program. Thank you again and keep up the concern for cause.

stopped by the botanist on friday! perfect with how a shop should be. my budtender, i forgot her name, she had a facial piercing, was very informative and answered all my questions to a t!!! phenomenal budtender! also picked up one of their in house strains as well as products from insa, liberty and commcan! highly reccomend mob live resin! will be back to this dispensary!!

For any retail establishment to not post the strain of their product on-line, or on the product label, is a disservice to any potential customer. There are many knowledgable users who would find this information very useful before coming in and shopping at the Botanist.

Lovely staff, very helpful and wicked friendly. Great strains, staff is knowledgeable about their effects and purposes. Store is gorgeous, product has been awesome so far. Very pleased.

Very pricey for a place that you can go with a prescription

Location is great w plenty of parking. Staff and customer service was on point. Props to Bret? So bad w names lol. Someone who can guide you to making the perfect decision for what ails you. Just be honest. He’s a smart dude. Nice chatting this morning.. Flower is so good i almost don’t want to tell ppl how great the products are!! Best flower I’ve had yet and I’ve been to every dispensary in mass almost. Highly recommend and its my new go to spot for the highest quality flower you can get.. Recommend to anyone and everyone who reads this review. The first time patient discount is also a very helpful money saver just for stopping in and trying some excellent products!
