Absolutely loved my experience here. They had great prices and quality to match. Not to mention they were just really down to earth people. Definitely swing by if you find yourself in Bend!
Justin was rude as hell, I forgot my ID, had to say something to my minority friend I was with and he kicked us both out. This used to be my favorite place to buy but I will be going to Tokyo Starfish from now on!!! The last few months has become worse and worse with attitudes from their employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions. When you came in to shop at our location, you failed to produce your ID.That is when you were informed that unfortunately you're not allowed to be in the building without your ID. We have OLCC signs posted indicating this.You ignored the request, but your partner had no problem producing proper ID. When you were asked again for ID you said you needed a moment to pick out what you wanted, then you'd leave. We then informed you that it doesn't work like that - if you come back with your ID, we would gladly help you with your purchase. That is when you decided to threaten the shop and Manager. You were asked to leave due to your rude behavior. Your partner was welcome to stay and shop, be he walked away when you began to raise your voice and make threats.
Due to that interaction, we decided you weren't welcome in the shop.
We would welcome you back if you would like to come in and speak to the manager.

Been here done that definitely going back! I've been going here ever since legalization it's a great store it's totally like down to earth small-town feel the staff is friendly and helpful and they even have weed Monopoly how cool is that?! You need to check this place out!

If you're a real life stoner you know marijuana brings people together. This place is doing the opposite by making people feel as though they only cater to a certain person. Plenty of great shops in town I highly recommend you stop by any of them but here!

After discovering Top Shelf Medicine I haven't been to any other dispensaries in town. They are the best!
This is my all time favorite shop! Great prices, friendly knowledgeable staff and super great quality and selection!
I'd only been to one other dispensary before stopping in to check out Top Shelf. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the clean and classy environment. I was greeted by Ryan on my first visit. His smile and charming personality made me feel comfortable and right at home. Ataya always greets me with a smile and is sure to let me know which strain I'll like best that day. Each time I've stopped in, there is rarely to never a wait. The owner Dave, grows all of the flower and he's literally got it down to an art. I've yet to smoke a strain I didn't enjoy. TS is a fun and friendly atmosphere. Dave and the crew are always laughing and joking and are sure to brighten your day! They have awesome daily deals and a text club which also offers deals and giveaways. One day I came by to spend $60 and when Cash, the manager saw that I had mistaken the $40 cash I had for $60, he didn't make me feel embarrassed, instead he made it work out for what I had on-hand. I knew then, I'd never go anywhere else. These guys truly know customer care and how to treat people. Thank you to the whole TSM crew for serving us pot heads with love and happiness every single day! ❤
