Very great bud tenders and an excellent stash of indica flower. I will be back tomorrow to try something new.

I'd only been to one other dispensary before stopping in to check out Top Shelf. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the clean and classy environment. I was greeted by Ryan on my first visit. His smile and charming personality made me feel comfortable and right at home. Ataya always greets me with a smile and is sure to let me know which strain I'll like best that day. Each time I've stopped in, there is rarely to never a wait. The owner Dave, grows all of the flower and he's literally got it down to an art. I've yet to smoke a strain I didn't enjoy. TS is a fun and friendly atmosphere. Dave and the crew are always laughing and joking and are sure to brighten your day! They have awesome daily deals and a text club which also offers deals and giveaways. One day I came by to spend $60 and when Cash, the manager saw that I had mistaken the $40 cash I had for $60, he didn't make me feel embarrassed, instead he made it work out for what I had on-hand. I knew then, I'd never go anywhere else. These guys truly know customer care and how to treat people. Thank you to the whole TSM crew for serving us pot heads with love and happiness every single day! ❤

Nice people and building, but the worst quality bud I have seen in Oregon.

I'm in weekly, and this place has a great selection, and the best prices in town. With a fixed budget, I only have a set amount I can spend each week, and the people here make sure I get the most for my money. Really sucks to run out and need to wait a day or two until payday. I can always find some good stuff here much cheaper than elsewhere.

I'm a hated by some youth post hippie 59 year old. I've made and enjoyed my own BHO for years aka Honey Oil. I've done a little research in to wax, sugar, sugar wax, crumble and the new cannabis concentrates.. The young lady who waiting on my wife and I was very patient and answered all our questions, respectfully. I really appreciate her knowledge and the OG Live Resins she recommended. Very happy.. ps- I drive 50 miles to (Lakeview) get there...Beautiful hwy 395 drive.

Been here done that definitely going back! I've been going here ever since legalization it's a great store it's totally like down to earth small-town feel the staff is friendly and helpful and they even have weed Monopoly how cool is that?! You need to check this place out!

This is a cool new shop. They have really good prices in comparison to others I have been too. I would say maybe more fun edibles like popcorn and the big pizza ones. I'm really new to smoking so a big thanks to Joe at the shop for helping me pick something good for me and not just whatever. He was very knowledgeable.

Had David as a budtender and he was really nice and knowledgable. They have a good selection from ok cheap bud to top quality bud so it has a little bit of everything. The only thing that was really disappointing was while trying to open the salve made by your store we found a price tag that said $10(sold it to us at $30) and it was made two years ago....wasn't even sure if it was still good... Kinda tacky on your part. I would recommend making sure all your products are new and haven't been sitting around if it says your stores name on the top. over-all not bad but some kinks need to be worked out.

Corrie was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel at ease, with no pressure. Corrie will make sure that you leave the store happy and satisfied.

I normally do not shop at dispensaries, and typically grow my own. On occasions, such as today, I had to shop until my harvest is cured. As a grower I am a bit picky. I was very impressed with Top Shelf Medicine. While I prefer strong indicas, they showed me a diverse assortment of hybrids, indicas, and sativas. Many of their strains were unique, of their own development; but the staff were nice and told me the strains' lineages when I asked. I chose Bubba Kush, its tried and true for my neuropathy and can even lower my blood sugar levels. I 100% believe the BK I bought was truly BK; as I have gone to other stores and believe I have purchased a strain only to find it is not what I was customed to. Anyways, the trim was well done, not digging into the bud, and not leaving it all natural with leaf that becomes shake at the bottom of the bag. Flavor indicated they take their time on doing a proper cure of the product; another semi-forgotten method that is required for truly tasty medicine. While I will still grow my own meds, when I need something in those times between harvests, I will assuredly return to Top Shelf Medicine. Thank you guys for your quality product, your love for your trade is clear in the quality of your product!

I haven't used my product yet but the bud tender was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be back just because of him. I appreciate a knowledgeable tender. Makes or breaks a shop in my eyes. I am sure the bud is amazing.

I honestly never have a bad time or a bad experience at this store. It's one of the better ones in bend and I appreciate the budtenders. Always respectful and willing to help.
