This place used to be cool. now they advertise good deals like 30.00 half onces. EVERY time I go to this store they are "out" . They then try to upsell me and get me to buy a 50.00 half once. The good old bait and switch. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The staff is very friendly helpful and informative. They have a large selection and great prices. Easy access and convenient hours. I am very happy and would recommend to anyone. Third visit and now will be the spot I get my supplies. Thank you all for going above and beyond to provide excellent service!

Avoid this shop. Myself and multiple people I know have gotten terrible service, smirks, or attitude from this place. Then I go to see their reviews online and lord behold - theres a full blown article about the co-owner being a crazy jacka**, a youtube video of a fight in their shop, and every response to their negative reviews is claiming the reviewer is fake. Im not a dispensary owner or competitor of any kind, this place is just garbage. Google it yourself.
Carlos helped me find exactly what i was looking for. Super nice and chill guy and super friendly! Pricing were great as well. For sure coming back!

Trees has excellent staff, great prices, great location, caters to the needs of a less-affluent neighborhood, etc... But there can be issues. It is a good idea to be circumspect about the jar that your flower comes from because occasionally there can be a lot of loose "lumber" (sticks with no flower on them) in the container they hand you - this has happened to us on more than one visit. Mind you, we purchased "top shelf" and "second shelf" flower, none of which was sold as "B-grade", "RYO" or "shake"/"trim". Their vape cartridge selection can be limited at times, making available cartridges pretty expensive unless they have 1G cartridges in stock. Moreover, I would like the staff to be clear and up-front about when they are selling flavored distillates. Twice now I have purchased what I thought was just straight up cannabis distillate, only to find out that the stuff was flavored. This is after having asked if it was flavored and having made it clear that I didn't want "flavored" vape. It isn't always easy to read or clearly detailed on the package - I'm just sayin' guys. Hopefully Trees will get better on the distillate cartridges once they get their distillery up and running. For now though, the Winberry Farms cartridges are kinda not great, which is not great since that's all they ever seem to have when I visit. Sorry 'bout the bitch fest. Hopefully its taken as it was intended - as critique and not snarkiness. Cheers!

We are sorry you weren't totally happy with your experience. First though, we do not have "flavored" distillates, the product you referenced very clearly says it has flavored terpenes (i.e. natural cannabis extracts) re-introduced to it, nothing artificial, but that's why the cartridges come in "tropical trainwreck" or "grapefruit" and so on - and our staff always makes that clear. Second, we have a wide range of products, including co2 oil (from Green Dragon and Superior), other brands of distillate (Joystick), and BHO cartridges (from Hush). Third, nobody in town beats our prices on 1/2G vape cartridges, period, we check constantly. So while we are sorry this customer doesn't have the same view of Trees as most of our customers do, we have to respectfully disagree with her or his statements in the review, not accurate. Thank you to all of our customers and check out our cartridge selection, 9 different varieties as of this moment and the best prices in town!

I drove past here for a long time and always said I wanted to go there due to my wifes work being near I buckled down and went in for a gram. Very open setting was able to see the entire store from the outside, didn't have a y wait at all and the guy who helped me worked with me on finding something, made sure I'd like it, and explained their pricing via their tvs to me when i asked without hesitation. Oh ya, I'll be back for sure.
Not sure if the raffle tickets are for buying certain strains or flower, but have never received a raffle ticket spent well over 30$ numerous occasions (sadface) but u will find good deals

We most certainly never have and never will "short" a customer - every checkout station has a camera on the scale and point of scale, and anyone who ever legitimately thought they were inadvertently given a wrong product would come back to our store and of course be taken care of. This is a competitor or some other hater :( We have one of the most generous return policies on cartridges in the city, come check us out, our service will surprise you!!

"Let me start by saying I've been coming here since they opened, I'm nearly a daily customer. Today I came in for a quarter of gorilla glue #4 told the guy what i wanted paid and got in my car, I realized it said early diesel not gorilla glue so i went back in and instead of weighing me up gorilla glue they swore it was already gorilla and told me I had to pay $5 more since the gorilla glue was more. So I paid and let them know I won't be back- It's awful customer service to charge a customer for your mistake and not only that they wouldn't weigh me out what I want so for all I know I got the cheaper weed and paid more for it! They might have good prices but the quality is poor at best very leafy and larfie pea size nugs and unlike other places they leave huge pieces of stem etc when they weigh it out! So I won't be back after getting charged for an employees mistake and getting garbage weed! If they had made sure to weigh out what I wanted then informed it would be 5$ I could understand, but it was the attitude about it that caught me off guard - They lost a good customer -

This user previously wrote a malicious review touting Americanna RX and making false statements about our business, which was removed, but this time we decided to stop protesting the nasty reviews. If a customer of Trees doesn't leave happy, we do EVERYTHING within reason to make them happy, and this customer chose to leave unhappy, and of our 200-250 customers we see on an average day, 98% of them love us, and while we do our best with the other 2%, we can't make them all happy. Keep coming back, we promise we treat our customers great, always have and always will!

Love the location, I stop in after grocery so it’s super convenient, love that it’s open atmosphere dispensary, no silly ‘back room’ business. The bud tenders are all awesome too, fun place to shop! I never go anywhere else now.

So went in today to get my early diesel. I've never seen this budtender before and I asked for my Leafly review discount and she didn't look it up or asked me to go look it up...this is a real problem since my husband was banned from your store because he used profanity because he didn't know how to work your computer to locate the review. This is my question, does this establishment not have uniformity on the process and policies of transactions?

We disagree - this person's husband was asked to not return to our store after yelling, insulting staff, and being inappropriate and threatening in our establishment. It happens, and the vast majority of our customers are always happy with the quality and service and keep coming back, and we thank all of them!

This same user has already left multiple reviews all over the web, we're not sure what else to do, when people keep leaving vague reviews saying "shady" and similar. This person obviously has an axe to grind with us, and yes, we suspect it's our competitors or someone deliberately harassing us. To our customers, we are on track to have 10,000 unique customers in the month of March! Thank you for your continued business! We have some AMAZING specials coming in April to celebrate the store's one-year anniversary!
