Hi there -  thakn you for your feedback. We are working on bringing on new team members to help reduce wait times. We also offer Sativa Express Pickup Service Monday-Friday from 8-10am. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future at Trilogy.

I had to wait for 20mins for someone to service me today when I was picking up curb side. Isn’t the whole point of curbside is that it’s fast? Because the whole process took over half an hour I was late for work. I don’t blame remedy for making me late, because that was my ill-planned timing. But I do blame them for not living up to the great expectation I had from this store.
