Left the store in complete tears. Felt absolutely humiliated, thanks to the man upfront named Pete, I believe. Apparently a new security guard of the facility. I came in very happy coming from my sister in laws baby shower, he wasn’t speaking clear or remotely loud enough to hear. I asked what he had said and he laughed in my face MULTIPLE TIMES. Then proceed to sit and chuckle under his breathe as he proceeds to then correct me from “picking up my order” to “you mean an online order” yes obviously the same thing. I hope to never see him in there again. Unfortunately even with them giving me $5 credit I’d rather not be embarrassed to go in and feel the way I did again.

I got some really bad quality Drip oils Scotty’s Cake rosin and paid way too much money. I will never come back here.

They always have quality products and great friendly staff. The only thing I would mention to improve is the online menu. The entire menu of products especially flower should be put on the online order menu. Regards, T

Super Smooth Transaction

Once again they screwed up on the specials and won't honor the price that they originally put out for the special. This is the second time now and I know of other people this has happened too, the managers need to get on the ball and watch what is going on and take some accountability.

I have been a customer ever since True Bliss opened some years ago. I have dealt with many bud tenders in that time. But this is the first time I dealt with a very special bud tender named Wee. I have seen him many times but never had the pleasure of him being my bud tender. Wee is very knowledgeable about the products and will bend over backwards to help you. Thank You Wee.

I’ve been a happy loyal customer for a while now and have been very happy until today, I usually take my dog to the park for exercise and I swing by to pick up my order, now take it my dog is restrained in seat belt windows halfway up can’t get out or hurt anyone but this angry woman pulls up next to me already yelling into her phone and angry gets out of her car and my dog barks at her and scares her. Then comes in yelling…who’s dog is that outside? It scared me! Then as I was leaving I was told I can’t bring my dog anymore. There are so many other dispensaries around that I will take my business elsewhere, I won’t take my dog but I won’t be coming back here again

The best dispensary around great service and products and the online express service is awesome

I’ve been going here for years. Enjoy the level of service, availability of products, great specials, points program, and the atmosphere! I used to shop around but I quit after going here enough times.

By far my fav dispo in AZ. I live 15 miles away, and specifically go out of my way to come to trubliss. I’m kind of a Meds Snob, and they always have an amazing selection of top shelf products (one of the few dispos in AZ that keeps potent planet in rotation)… they also have great deals all the time to help patients. My favorite being the 20% off $250, which is always a deal no matter the day. I like to buy in bulk and that deal helps tremendously, esp with the crazy high Rec tax

I love the staff here! I’m not an experienced buyer and I always feel super comfortable when I come. Everyone is friendly and it’s basically the only place I go.

Nothing but great experience the first two times of coming here. They have awesome and knowledgeable budtenders. A selection of medicine is great especially my favorite which is the $15 grams of rso through nectar farms. Thank you for always being welcoming. Definitely will be coming back!

The lady who does to go orders, Meredith, is always awesome! Always has a smile and makes an effort to genuinely create rapport with customers and patients. Even on my grumpy days, I walk out TruBliss with a smile on my face, usually because of Meredith. On a more general note - TruBliss is always on point, specifically in terms of promptness. Even today, on Black Friday, I was in and out within 15 minutes - even though there was a line out the door! These are a couple of reasons as to why I’ve been a loyal TruBliss patron since they opened, and will continue to be so! Much love to the team. Other dispensaries, take note!
