Trulieve - Clearwater

Trulieve is my go to store, that said, I did not expect the recent "Goat Rope" during the lead up to 4/20. Lines out the door, no place for the disabled to park outside or sit inside. Standing room only, at least an hour wait, shortage of product on the specified day. It's not usually like this, hopefully the problem is only temporary. The flower products are superb but the prices are outrageous - Tony Soprano must be getting his cut for sure. And what's with all that wasteful packaging just to get to the product inside? The staff is awesome but harried lately instead of their normal selves.

Had a great visit to Clearwater Trulieve! Everyone at the front desk was cheery and nice and made sure to remind me of all available deals. Also, Collin went the extra mile to score me a Sherbert TruCRMBL, which I definitely appreciated. 10/10 would shop again

It’s getting better but it can get kind of tense when lines get long & some people don’t quite understand the process yet but the staff are nice and knowledgeable and on a good day, I can be in and out in 20 mins.

Trulieve was the main MMTC I visited when I first got my card. They offer a huge selection of products, most of which I’ve really enjoyed. Their stock is usually pretty good, though certain products and strains go through major droughts. Their service has always been outstanding, and the Clearwater staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch. I always look forward to stopping in to see what is available and am always treated well! Highly recommended!

Poor products

I LOVE this place ALL the staff have been very nice to deal with (unless you like pineapple on your pizza.... inside joke for the staff there) and their showroom is ALWAYS clean and well kept. My ONLY gripes are and this is for most Truelieve locations: 1) Limited strains available depending on the platform you consume like shatter or pods. 2) They're almost always out of shatter and when they do get some in it's usually gone within hours and it takes a week before they MIGHT get some in. Other than those 2 things I have nothing but good to say about the store and the company and I refer as many people as I can to them and ALL have been well satisfied with their purchases. I just wish ALL dispensaries would list the actual strain they use in their products like Truelieve does.

So it is 53 dollars an eight, 106 a quarter, 424 an ounce, 6784 a pound, WHAT!!!!!!! I have been smoking for over 40 years and NEVER even came close to that price for a pound. This is way over priced. Stop killing people on fixed incomes who cant afford to get their medicine because of the cost.

I was having trouble with some of the strains adding pain to my L foot due to Neuropathy and had need to make some exchanges to try different things. NEVER A PROBLEM!!! I had no idea that since my last visit, Alexis had been doing some book research on what strains could help my problem. I went in 2 days ago and was referred to her for my problem. She was like, "I remember you! I found some help for you!!!" She made me cry. Well, 2 days on the new strain and so far, so good~no swelling and pain is much resolved. I am so thankful and pleased that she cared enough to do the research on my condition to help me. All of the employees really care. Great place! 5 Stars!!

Wonderful people. I am a Trulieve customer at the New Port Richey store and I work down in Clearwater on Sundays. I get off work at 4:30pm and thought for sure I would be frowned at for walking in the door at 10 mins until close. Nope. Instead I was met with great conversation and all needs met in a non rushed manner, friendly and timely manner. I'll be back for sure.

Because of Ashley's knowledge in cannabis strains she found a strain that was perfect for me and gave me more relief than the strains i had used before! Thank you Ashley! I had a great visit!

My first trip to this dispensary was ok. Of course this is Florida and since we are just getting started with legal medical marijuana it's a big disappointment going into our local dispensaries. Not many products to choose from and only ONE strain to choose from for sativa vape oil. Each patient is different and we need to be able to try many different strains until we find the strain that works for each of us. Please start carrying many different strains, not just one strain per product.

I had a terrible first experience here. I didn't realize how bad it was until visiting a competitor yesterday. My budtender was pompous and bullied me into buying a battery by saying that if I got caught without a battery that displays the "trulieve" logo that is paraphenalia and 30 days in the clinker. I also realized how lacking in quality the vape cartridges are compared to closest competitor. I would strongly advise against this location based on this unfortunate experience and lackluster product.

Staff is very helpful and they know what they are talking about. Plus they take great care of veterans. My first time was painless and I felt like I was in good hands with the staff.
