Trulieve - Clearwater

Great and helpful staff. Due to popularity the wait can be upwards of 30 minutes, but who cares, you're going to be leaving very happy!

I have been going for over 4 months now. I started with the Clearwater store and now visit the Tampa store. They employees have always been helpful and understanding. It really nice that the have online ordering and delivery. Cant wait to see more new products. I am trying all the products they offer so I can reduce my pain meds (which is working great).

This place is awesome the people are well informed and friendly . The place is very professional and secure , run like medical facility I really like going here .

This was my first Dispensey! I enjoyed the staff very much. Happy to now have a store in St. Peter so I don’t have to drive 19. Clean friendly knowledgeable staff who make it a breeze, whether it’s your first visit or you are a regular.

Recently visited. Staff is friendly. Service is very slow and inconsistent. Online orders save on time but they do not update their website and it’s a toss up if you get a call to tell you that they do not have your product in. Very frustrating to say the least. Whomever runs Trulieve is not focused on customer service.

Friendly staff. Plenty of seating In waiting area . It is Always busy , so allow for the extra time.

After driving an hour to get to Tampa to pick up meds, they were out. I asked them To call Clearwater to see if they did and no one would answer the phone. So I drove another 30 mins only to be told no product until the following week. Not cool to not have enough meds and to drive all that way and get told oh well sorry. I hope they are able to keep up with how many people need their medicine.

I have been here several times, I use the vaporizer with concentrate. I enjoy it very much. My vaporizer broke and the replaced it no problem. Every time I go in they are super nice well informed and professional. From the person checking you in to the person to the security there!

After waiting so long in Florida, Trulieve has produced the best cannabis in the Florida market. Their team knows the product line and it will only improve if our lawmakers can get us what we voted for in Amendment 2.

Customer service is amazing, vape cups have very potent flower. I was impressed with the sour diesel. Lots of flavors of vape carts. Who knew that florida now has legit dispensaries!

This is a nice place. Dr Rodriguez was very nice and thorough. I felt confident during and after our consultation.

Location is good. Service is pleasant, products are overpriced and not very strong. Only 3 strains available and no flower.
