Great staff, the line moves quickly if there is one. Best staff, so many good people, helpful, patient, happy people. Been to this newer location several times and they rock! Security guards have been visible at the front door every time I've been there.

There are so many great things to say, about this Trulieve, inventory is plentiful and there are lots of strains to choose from. Shout out goes to Adrian for going the extra mile to check for any strains I’m in search of and having great knowledge overall with the variety of products!

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave it’s just an overall super pleasant experience. The counter staff is great and friendly and all the bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable and easy going to talk to and get exactly what your looking for! High quality stuff very very happy!

Trulieve has been my provider since the program was introduced. I remember driving to Orlando North because it was the only one still, but then this location opened. Great location, much more space and greater selection. Pop in and pay a visit to Alexandra some time for a great service, conversation and a good laugh!

Just got my card this was my first time going to a dispensary. Adrian sat down and spoke with me for almost an hour explaining in detail all the questions I had and gave me a lot of helpful information to guide me in the right direction. Hi I’m a returning patient an this place an the people that work an help me here are awesome. This place is a no brainer when it come to getting proper facts help an guidance. My first visit I was helped by ADRIAN an he was super friendly an help me out to my needs ! Then I was helped by Kenneth as well !!Kenneth Checked three times in the computer for me about information regarding my medication. These people are the go to “A” team !! Thank you !

8 our of 10 times there is an issue with my pick up. Today was no exception. The difference today was Gio. He assisted me and exhibited a level of customer service and competency that year to date I have not experienced from this staff. They are all friendly, but if you can’t get my order correct or can’t record my information in your system correctly, what good does a smile do me? Gio, however was knowledgeable and personable. It seemed effortless for him to make a connection and he was informative. I left with a better understanding of certain things and feeling as though I had been visiting with an old friend.

Tyler was a new employee but showed no hesitation to help me. He was very informative and helpful, so much in fact that I ended up buying more then what I was going to get originally. He was quick, polite and very enthusiastic. Levitt was very focused on training Tyler and making sure that he can drive those sales and Tyler really sold it. Compared to other dispensaries this is like the chick fil a of medical dispensaries. Excellent customer service, quick and great service.

I came in there a couple days ago and I was going to write a review but I forgot. I just had a few minutes today and I want to thank Robby for making my first visit easy and smood, he was very friendly and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Thank you again and I hope to see you soon
