Trulieve - West Palm Beach

The products i recieved once i got home were fantastic but my caretaker named Paul treated me like crap... not a very nice guy he must've been having a good day. I also smelled alcohol on his breath.

Nice place. Everyone was nice. Gabby helped me a lot. She was very nice and enjoyed having her help me

Absolutely hate the prices.. lived in Maine and got flower with at least 25% thc for 35 a 1/8.. it’s crazy how they sell the small bud and justify the outrageous price .. do better Florida

Being a Senior Newbie, I had many questions. My Assistant Brandon gave me various suggestions to my questions. Brandon was patient, kind, helpful and made me feel very comfortable.

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Today I was assisted by Josh T, he was entertaining and enjoyed learning about the various product. Josh T was knowledgeable of his inventory and professional in completing the transaction.

I was helped by Laborris at the west Palm trulieve location and I was very impressed by Laborris and his courtesy throughout the visit. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was searching the store to better assist me and my order I was placing. He was knowledgeable and very professional as well as friendly. I’m in this location frequently and I highly recommend this location too!!!

Raquel helped me and she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This past weekend was my 1st visit to any dispensary before and she was willing to spend the extra time to really educate me on all of their products. Also this is the first week in years that I haven't had to take ANY over the counter pain pills, I usually eat Tylenol and Advil like candy. Her suggestions have worked great and I look forward to many more visits.

I put in a order a full 12 hours the night before, get multiple confirmations that it’s ready and after a hour of waiting to get in the door I’m told they don’t have my product and literally tried blaming me that I voided my order and placed a new one when you clearly could see that they just over sold 90% of my order and left the one item that’s was left and called it a “new pickup order” wasted half my day and to top it all off the cherry on top is the freaking attitude on the employees, this was the wpb location and my bud tender Darin was just so rude and disrespectful verbatim calling me a liar, to be honest they are probably so defensive because this happens to basically every online order they have and I’m sure they are constantly being told how bad their service and company is but one thing I do know is I will never be back I’ve given this dispensary way to many chances

Immensely knowledgeable staff. Wish I had grabbed my consultant's name, but he was great. It was my first ever visit to a dispensary and I was just completely blown away by the professionalism and product variety.

Went here today for a quick pick up order and the associate attending to me was Johnnyyy witch was probably about my 3rd time dealing with him he’s honestly the one the best there always supper Friendly with me and gives me great customer service and always gives me His honest opinion when I ask him for recommendations on options of what I should get and most importantly he always gets me in and out of there within a timely manner and if I need to add something to my order it’s never an issue I really appreciate the great customer service I get from him and I look forward to dealing with him again on my next pick up orders in the future.

Xavius was very knowledgeable and very helpful explaining all the different products and helping me choose the best ones for me. I have been to several dispensaries throughout Palm Beach County and I have to say I was very impressed and pleased with the service that I was given by him. Xavius went above and beyond and I will definitely be back!

Trulieve has always been top quality for hash and flower. a lot of disgruntled/annoyed people always hanging around and people in the reviews complaining too. you have to order online, and CHECK IN online as well. i check in 15 minutes before going and barely ever wait more than 5 mins. also ask for robbie he is the dopest PSR, really knowledgeable, cool dude.

Why don’t you update your Boynton Beach location on Leafly? Very disappointing I stopped shopping here because we’re in a pandemic and I don’t want to catch a virus while I’m trying to pick up other medicines for my anxiety and back pain. Please take the time to serve your patience better by updating Leafly. I’d shop weekly if I knew what is available regularly. Very very disappointing someone can’t take a few minutes to update the website.

I visited this location recently and was not impressed by the selections or lack there of. It is rare I write negative reviews but I was disappointed with my first visit. The same day the store Manager a Mr. Anthony, called to apologize after seeing my review and wanted to fix the situation and he did. Honestly, had he just called to apologize I would have been happy with that. So many times in management it is not what the problem is or was but how you fix it. Mr Anthony, contacted me the same day,apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a credit. That was above & beyond and for that reason I will always go to the west palm beach trulieve location. Thank you Mr. Anthony for your professionalism and kind gesture!!

Placed order for pick-up and after almost 4hrs ended stopping there thinking maybe they forgot to notify me when ready. Got there and told me my order wasn't ready. They said it would be another 15-20min and after 45min they called me in. Then told me the main product I ordered was out and got some gummies. She said I'll give you 15% off for the trouble, only gave me 10% off... My first and LAST time going there!

Bud is amazing. Giselle and Geremiah took care of me today, both hooking me up with special deals on their minis and talking me through the strains. Their first and second time discounts are AMAZING and the customer service matches. On top of super quality bud this is my go to dispo.

I shop at the Trulieve dispensary WPB, 1324 N. Military Trail, WPB, FL 33409. I was helped by Robbie. He provided me with excellent service, had a complete understanding of the product line, and was extremely helpful in my decision making process, His friendly demeanor and understanding nature let me know I was being well taken care of. I consider him the best customer service employee I have encountered there. He deserves every recognition possible. Thank you.

The Trulieve manager, Raquel, went far and beyond to accommodate me with the exact product specifically for me with an expedited checkout using their online ordering to reserve and ability to hold my spot in line at the store as I had arrived! This place needs to get their act together. The online orders never work. There inventory is always a problem. Many times I have stood outside for 40 plus minutes and then when I get inside they are out of everything. Such a shame because the product is good. And most of the people that work there are helpful, but clearly poorly managed.

what is the purpose of ordering online for pickup when they text you the order is ready but there's a 45 minute wait once you get there huh ?
