Let’s just say I only shop here! The atmosphere is very chill and welcoming and they have some really cool deals and what not other places don’t. The Bud tenders work hard and are very helpful thanks you guys!!

Very long wait in line, but worth it!

I’m at new buffalo urn they just opened and are packed but always so nice

Halie B had an amazing attitude an personality...

Our bud tender was Ti. She by far was the best one we have had during our shopping experience. The line going in and to purchase our products was very dysfunctional. People did not know they needed to check in before getting in the line…other people in line had to tell them. Then they had to get out of line to check in and lose their place. The line to pay was split in two at some point and the people in the other line for sure did not extend the courtesy of every other person going to the next cashier open. Super unorganized!!! Many times a product has been out and was not told they swapped it with another flavor of the same product. Have had more bad experiences than good so far. Have been to other stores that were way more organized with just as good of deals. Do the research. Online orders are the way to go. After check in you walk right in to wait for a cashier. The deals are great tho but not worth how unorganized the place is ran.

My favorite spot but it was the sales rep Hailey B for me. She’s the best ask for her. She’ll definitely get you together. Thanks Hailey for your awesome service

Phenix & Dana was the best. Very professional helped me with any questions, and was very professional.
