URB Cannabis - Monroe (REC)

Very good first experience. The bud tender was very helpful in guiding me to the perfect strains based on what i wanted. Wonderful atmosphere

I preorder on 420 cause I knew it was gonna be a mad house and didn’t want to wait in a line. By the time they opened online shopping at 12 noon half of the sale items I wanted were already gone. I was able to secure some different sale items that made up for it a little. I placed my order and received a call that one of the items was out and I needed to choose something different. I picked out of the options still available and ended my call feeling confident with CONFIRMATION # in hand that my order was placed, and already packaged up an ready for me to pick up! So I arrive at the scheduled pick up after 5pm due to work schedule and having to drive from a different state. Parked in curbside pick up and called the attendants. After waiting almost 25 minutes without hearing from the workers we decided to go inside see what was up. The ladies that check people’s ID’s were at their normal spot as I approached she asked if I had a online order I said yes. She asked for the name I gave it to her. She looked it up and that’s when they laid the bomb on me. She told me that something or someone had messed up the online orders so they all had to be dumped out and started over from new customers on. Unfortunately 75% of the sale items were all gone that I had ordered. Waste of a trip. They don’t do anything to make it up to you either.

I love this place! Always so friendly and helpful! A go-to spot for sure. The most consistent place around!

great atmosphere if you don’t know exactly what your looking for the employees are very helpful

Great selection of products, regular good deals, and very friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders. It's almost always really busy, and kind of cramped. It's kind of hard to peruse the products because there are at any time 40 to 50 other customers trying to do the same thing. You kind of get the feeling of being rushed to make a decision because there are only so many bud tenders available for everyone. Luckily when I visited I was told it was actually kind of slow that day, and was told that the line to wait stretches outside around the building. All that would really be needed is a more efficient shopping experience, and it would be my #1 rec shop. If you know what you want I would recommend ordering online to pick up at the store.

I'll come again

Awsome variety!!! Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable!!!

Nice place never wait to long in and out very nice people

First time customer, I've been to 5 different dispensaries today and this is my favorite one!

None of the exotics are very exotic! Even if it says high THC none of it is gas. At first they had some put you to sleep gas. Now it’s like all these places are just stick piling cannabis just to supply the demand n not caring about quality as much anymore. A bunch of different cannabis but not a lot of gas! Just keeping it real. Y’all need to bring back max out bags

My first time was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was very busy in the store but we only had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. Great products and great prices! Definitely will be going back!

Not only was our server amazing but he also took the time to make sure I knew what I had wanted to live with which took a little bit of time. So his patience was appreciated. Also the environment here is very friendly all walks of life could come through here and from the strass. Of the social anxieties also also it is non automatic doors no mass required and Also group friendly you are allowed. You're allowed to bring more then one person in store with you and It is also pick up a available.

Best deals intown

Garrett was super sweet and efficient while helping me look for my items (not to mention cute) . After he helped me he passed me over to Autumn who checked me out. Autumn was the absolute sweetest, she made me laugh and was super patient with me when I was making final decisions (talk about bi panic). I love this place. Every time I come here I am so warmed by the employees and their energy

Great place to shop for all your smoke products very good customer service and great deals also very friendly staff especially Marissa C. Will definitely be back to shop again.

Great place, informative employees, great deals

My budtender Jonny b was great and took his time helping us choose the right things

They have awesome deals and great budtenders....greatly recommend!!

Lots of great options and prices. The staff is amazing, they are knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I don't like is Every now and then they still display items that are sold out. That specifically the reason I came in.

Great prices, great people.

Love Urb, they have great service and are always so nice.

Always a great experience!

Love this place

One of the greatest dispensaries I’ve ever been to. Such great options- finally got to have my first experience with moon rocks thanks to this place! Super helpful, friendly staff and always good deals going on.
