Vallejo Holistic Health Center VHHC

The staff at VHHC] are the most insensitive, rude and unprofessional people I have ever encountered in a cannabis dispensary since I became a patient in 1999. Also, to the bitch that said “I’m not a retail worker, I’m a medical worker”: medical workers are supposed to be masked. None of the 3 people who were abusive to me because I CANNOT MODULATE MY TONE OF VOUCE WHEN UPSET BECAUSE I AM AUTISTIC were wearing masks. (Oh right. The nice young woman who took my ID did not yell at me. She still wasn’t masked. Medical workers wear masks. And provide accommodations for disabled people )You do not scream at customers. Autistic or not. You do not threaten to ban people because you don’t like their tone of voice when YOU make a mistake.

Their brick and mortar experience goes downhill ever since they moved into the new building. Tried their delivery service and it was horrible! What happened? Ordered $190 worth of products at 10pm last night. Called at 9:15am this morning to verify it went through (they open at 9) and found out most of the order was canceled because they were out of stock. After 20 minutes on multiple holds, added different items to qualify for delivery and ended up back at $197. She then told me that delivery’s don’t go out until the delivery staff gets in at noon (bummer). She told me it would be about 1 1/2-2 hours after that before they’d be delivered. After a couple of calls saying they would be late, the driver shows up at 4pm.. Said they wanted her to come back for more products before she delivered it to Vacaville. 1) careful if you live outside of Vallejo, delivery is slow. 2) don’t be fooled by the large selection. 3) if your a cancer patient (like me) in need of medication, careful!

The 20% off for veterans is off the hook, and the free monthly gram for vets is off the chain. Also, I would like to recommend Reina; she is a tried and true vet herself, and she can help you open a can of whoop ass on Post Tramatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with her understanding of all the products that the VHHC has to offer to help treat this disorder.
