I am only giving 1 star because I am unable to give 0 stars.This is beyond ridiculous and I am beyond appalled , the way that I have been treated at this place of business today, because of THEIR mess up!! (Or should I say the dry, pick me manager mess up) I have been a very loyal customer for over 10 yrs, sometimes daily, I have been a loyal customer for longer than the dry, no personality, rude manager has even been employed by the company. I arrived yesterday asking if there were any specials on disposable vapes or flower, I was sold incorrect product, as I was sold cartridges. I went in to exchange them for the correct product today. First the manager tried to act like it was my fault for HIM showing and selling the incorrect product. (I'm honestly shocked with all the good people there how HE is the manager) Then instead of being allowed to purchase the correct product , I was kicked out for simply stepping back and asking to wait for a different bud tender since he was not willing to speak or answer any questions. I did not yell, curse, or anything else, shame on this business for having a pick me person with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE represent them, and treat a loyal customer this way for HIS screw up!!! This was beyond embarrassing and uncalled for!!!!

If you want a good selection for flower, I always recommend people come here! They always have a great selection with a wide range of prices! I love the vibes and the budtenders are great! Josh, Eric, John, Alex, and Justin are some great! I work for Heavy Hitters as a Brand Ambassador, and I love coming here! The green walls and live plants keep the vibe chill, and the customers here are some of the coolest!
