As a Heavy Hitter’s Brand Ambassador I frequent Valley Health Options on a regular basis. We work in the industry but at the end of the day we are consumers first and foremost and every experience I’ve enjoyed at VHO have me leaving with a smile on my face and happy thoughts. Whether it’s shopping, doing a Patient Appreciation Day, or just stopping in to say ‘hi’ to the crew, everyone’s in a good mood and genuinely happy! Bought a pure vape from valley health options in Sacramento, and it was defective. Shop refused to refund me even though their receipt and employee said I could. They were incredibly rude and after contacting pure customer service I waited two weeks for an answer and finally after speaking up the customer service rep admitted they werent gonna do anything about it. Super shady kind of makes the whole legal industry look bad.

Everything about this shop is great. They have a huge selection of products from flower to Vapes to edibles, you are sure to find something great and for a reasonable price! The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable in all their products to help answer any questions you may have. I am a brand ambassador for Rad Vapes and I love getting to come in this shop for demos. If you want a good selection for flower, I always recommend people come here! They always have a great selection with a wide range of prices! I love the vibes and the budtenders are great! Josh, Eric, John, Alex, and Justin are some great! I work for Heavy Hitters as a Brand Ambassador, and I love coming here! The green walls and live plants keep the vibe chill, and the customers here are some of the coolest!
