Verilife - Cincinnati (Med & Non-Med)

Top-notch dispensary, however, if they don't put their menu online I probably won't be patronizing them. There are 2 other dispensaries that are approximately the same distance from me and I want to know a dispensary has something I want before driving 30 minutes. Please put your menu up and try and keep it current.

always have what they say they have online. always quickly in and out. just did a pickup for the first time today was awesome. prices while still up there keep coming down.

it was my first visit today so I had some questions. the guy helping me was very nice and extremely helpful. told me some recommendations and reviews he had from patients and from personal experience. I was able to get a few diff things to sample and try. I will definitely be back to this location. everything looks and smells amazing and is very fresh❤️

I started coming here when this location first opened last fall, and it still hasn't wowed me. Every time I go there, there's almost always a line and odds are the front desk person is a new hire, which slows down the process of buying bud. Even then, when you ask budtenders questions on product they tend to just pick out the most expensive thing, or they will flat out say they do not know. Not very helpful when wanting to find quality without the huge price. I stopped coming to this location ultimately because the pricing sucks since it's always high, and most of their product isn't what patients are actually looking for which is high thc bud, vape, and edibles, which is a rare item to find here.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and you never feel rushed. I wish they'd let us tip like other states dispensaries! Here's to all the employees! Great job.

why is matter so expensive? I thought the house brands were supposed to be cheaper.

This was my first time here and the staff was extremely helpful! They walked me through the entire process and helped me find what i needed, everyone was very kind. they made me feel really comfortable, i will be back!!

First off anyone who complains about price has no experience with the superior quality of Ohio mmj products. Verilife is ahead of the curve on diversity and knowledgeable staff. I recommend ordering through Leafly on Fridays and Saturdays due to excessive lines. Rarely a wait on weekdays. Top notch dispensary by any standards.

The girl at the front desk was a little pushy and rude but other than that the budtenders in the back were so friendly!

A no from me. The budtenders are not personable at all. The menu was inaccurate. A flower strain I purchased was, according to the menu, a straight indica. When I got home- (AFTER telling my budtender I did not like hybrid strains, in addition to what I read on the apparently incorrect menu) I realize the packaging lists this as a hybrid strain. I call customer service, who advises me to send an email. I do that and go back and forth with an employee who assures me someone will reach out to store credit me in a couple days. Nothing. So I reach out with a follow up email of “haven’t heard anything can you check on this” and the person emailing me back essentially was like “check on what?” Finally a month days I got a manager at the location who told me all Ohio plants are hybrids, classification is meaningless, and it’s all Ohio’s fault, not theirs. Blamed me, Ohio, anyone but themselves for mislabeling product. Never again! I went to STRAWBERRY FIELDS in MONROE today and they were much kinder and helpful. GO THERE!

The selection is good but the prices are jacked. The staff was considerate and helpful but there are a couple brands I like but didn't see such as Venom carts.

Always an awesome experience. Much better selection than some in the state. So happy they finally opened and I no longer have to go to Dayton. Lifelong customer here.

Verilife is the best in the business!

Went here once just to try from my normal spot I was so excited as soon as I entered the door and the broad at the front was not very anything but rude didnt tell me anything about verilife this was my 1st time there so I'm waiting to go in to purchase area once I'm in I have people jumping right in front of me when I had been there kind of pissed me off I had certain time frame I was working with just not sure I will be back very disappointed

This is the only Dispensary I’ve been to since I’ve got my card only because the people are so friendly it’s so nice in there and spacious. You get a friendly welcome as soon as you walk in the door and it doesn’t stop. Definitely the only place I’ll go to for my awesome medicine. And the deals are amazing to. All around just a great place in general

I got a great deal on bulk flower! $225 an oz, and it is quality indica. It was almost too good to be true, because it rang for "too many days" in the system. Long story short budtender Michael and his manager straightened it out, and I was gone in a total of 30 minutes. Definitely going back!!

Hey, when there is a dispensary, (literally) within walking distance of your house, and still choose to drive a few miles because verilife is a much better atmosphere, that says a lot.

What happened to all the topical and salve products? Crazy you guys never have these in stock.

Loved the ease of the online order, but the in-store wait and pick-up was a bit disorganized. Prices on shake are great, prices on flower and concentrate are still a bit higher than other places, in Cinci.

Pick up was great and fast but i was a registered patient before i tried so things would be easier. Very friendly and informative staff, great service, a great selection, and competitive prices inline or better than my other options. Found my new regular place. Thank you.
