Verilife - Cincinnati (Med & Non-Med)

This location is, has, and always will be my favorite dispensary! Especially since their staff is expertly trained and very caring, specifically Andrew, who has made me feel entirely comfortable and happy to pick up my medicine. As a picky customer I expect staff to be annoyed with my questions and indecision, but Andrew had truly been there to happily help me since I’ve gotten my card over a year ago. The other staff are the same where I know that I will always walk out happy with a good recommendation for my medicine.

The bud tender that “helped” me last visit was the rudest, most ill-informed employee I could imagine! I’d ask simple questions and get answered before I could finish my question with rude, short answers, most of which she didn’t know the answer to. Certainly seems that she hates her job or just had a bad day, either way it was HIGHLY UNPLEASANT and I didn’t get the medicine I needed due to me being too afraid to ask more questions!!! Other than that, LOL, good quality, move in and out quickly, need more deals, heck, ANY deals would be welcome!

They frequently don't have what I want, what I have purchased there previously, and what was on their menu two days ago. Also having to sign in twice is a real pain. They say this is an Ohio MM state requirement. I believe that. No one but the state could come up with anything that stupid and tedious.

I was nervous going since I had never been, but this is my new fave dispensers! The location is right off 71, in a brand new building. Every employee was top notch and I didn’t have to wait. The sweetest girl was my tender and I am sad I didn’t get her name. She recommended a product and was so personable and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!

I've been to this dispensary four times each time it was clean smelled very good and I got great service the top service I've had was from MOE he was great knew all about the product and I told him what I was looking for who made great suggestions I told a few friends and family members about this place and told them it's a great dispensary to go to

My first visit to Verilife on Saturday was probably the best first visit to a dispo I've had so far. I've been to the one down the road and was met with long wait times, cramped waiting room, rude patients and kind of high prices. Here, check in was decently fast (I was told that the first visit is always the slowest), everything was nice and clean (I actually came in on one of the front desk girls cleaning!) and I was recommended amazing products by my budtender. Jasmine told me that the grapefruit sour live resin and star cookie bud would help with my severe anxiety and sporadic panic attacks especially in times like these, and she was right! She explained her anxieties, how these two products helped her and told me that she was in the same boat that I'm in which put it all into perspective for me. It's been so long since I've been this relaxed! I'll definitely make this my go to spot from now on! Good work and thank you for all you do, budtenders and staff!

Great customer service, especially with dealing with a first timer at the dispensary. I will definitely be back!

I've been going here pretty much exclusively since receiving my license earlier this year. This dispensary had produced some of the best product I've seen in Cincinnati. The flower is always in stock, small buds, 1/2s, Oz's., shake, etc. Their Vape Pen selection is top notch, their edibles are always in stock, fresh, and effective. The staff is mostly productive and gets you loving through pretty quickly. The majority of the budtenders really want to help but there are a couple who just want to work in the dispensary you can tell. Overall, I probably wouldn't shop anywhere else for my much needed meds. I'm here usually once a week or so and every time, I want to drive back for more. This is definitely the best prices place in Cincy, definitely the highest quality products in Cincy, and you can tell they appreciate the business. Thank you Verilife for being a part of this city.

I walk in today and there is not a single Klutch strain, ZERO indica bud which is the kind I need to treat my chronic pain from two back surgeries and their prices continue to go up. If you ask one of their employees why the prices have climbed so much they'll tell you it's because tax is now included on the menu. That doesn't explain why they're charging $45 for something you can get at Monroe for $30. I used to love coming here but it's very hit or miss nowadays and it disappoints me because the staff is great and it's fairly close to my neighborhood. Sadly, I will be going to Monroe tomorrow to get my medicine as I can no longer justify the price and the continually poor selection.

Fast, helpful staff, inviting atmosphere. Tanna took excellent care of me and triple checked that everything was correct. I seriously feel like I could be best friends with the staff here (and would love to be!)

This was my go-to but what is going on with the jacked prices on your cartridges? Seriously $80-90-100+ for 0.5 gram cart? You’re convenient but better prices drive business.

The vape cartridge selection is always dog shit and over priced.

Happy faces of employees with smiles and customers obviously. Great clean building. Fast service. Informed budtenders. Great selection. In and out in no time. First visit to this dispensary. Even with Covid-19 crippling everything,this dispensary ran as a well oiled machine. Bree(my budtender) was super down to earth and friendly. Wasn’t one of those snobby cannabis budtenders I’ve seen before. I drove 45 minutes to come here and will continue to do so. Top notch facility, and a better staff. Front desk on back was perfect. Upper management should recognize their efforts.
