Associate Austin made a personal threat against me, verbally attacked me, was talking to me like I was stupid. He wouldn’t answer any of my questions, he was being very disrespectful, kept hanging up the phone when I was trying to get information on why he kept changing the pricing. I spoke to “manager” ally , and she was no help. Right from the start, she was taking sides with her employee, wasn’t even hearing me out, didn’t want to hear what I had to say, and was twisting the stories to get me off the phone. Julia was no help, I tried to ask for her several times and she was no where to be found.
Only when associates makes threats to customers, “management” isn’t available. And if for some reason they are, they will do NOTHING about it, and just do all they can to get you off the phone
