Dont come here for Concentrates. Unless you know exactly what you are buying. This is the only Dispensary is Buchanan, MI that does not let you see the Concentrates before you buy them. I dont like something thats to runny or to dry consistency and/or floral flavored. Some people might not like something to Gassy tasting. But im not gonna spend on over priced state line dispensaries when i cant see and smell what im buying first. Nobody should. Thats why i dont buy Concentrates from Niles, MI. They are the same way, but not in Buchanan. They let you shove your face into the jars of Flower tho. And that will be the only thing to come to Zen Leaf for anymore for me at least.

Jacob was my advisor today. He was so sweet and helpful. I am an older customer and I don’t have much knowledge of what products will suit what I am trying to solve, chronic pain. I was able to ask Jacob about products and methods for using products. I currently use gummies but I wanted to know how to smoke or cook with the products. Jacob did not laugh at me because I don’t know much, he was super kind to me. I appreciated the care he took with me. Jacob made several suggestions about where to find more information. I have decided this is my favorite store. I have tried several shops and providers but not all of them have been so kind.

Just got a delivery. They do not allow the delivery people to go into your house or apartment. In other words you do it outside or on your apartment patio or in your hallway. Meaning the whole world can know your business. Have had several caregivers and dispensary deliveries come inside so they can't say it's the law. Being on Section 8 and low income housing, ( severely disabled) the place I live is subsidized by the Federal Government, Meaning if they find out about weed I will get kicked out and back living on the streets. I do not get along with my neighbors meaning they are looking for reasons to get rid of me. Doing a deal on my patio, people in the lot, upstairs, next to me, is showing all these people my business and I DONT LIKE IT. Either change your policy or I will have to take my $400 business elsewhere!!

I have been to Zen Leaf Buchanan about 3 times now, and each experience has been an experience! My first time there was a little awkward, my Budtender could barely hear me and she didn’t really help me pick anything out. So, I left the first time feeling a bit discouraged. Now, the second time I went, I had Jonathon Lee help me and he was extremely helpful AND very nice/easy to talk to. So, I left the second time practically skipping out the front doors! My third time, I ordered pick up. They don’t have proper instructions explaining the process of pickup, which I wish they had done because my anxiety overwhelmed me so much I had to call out to one of the workers, when I parked, and ask how do I get my order. I ended up crying to the other guy that gave me my order but that man was so nice, he made me feel so much better. Just know Zen leaf has a different pick up style than Pinnacle does!! You have to drive up to the pick up location at Zen leaf, the guys come out and hand you a number that you place in your window, hand them your ID and cash, they tell you go park, and then they find you and bring your products to you. Only wish I had known how the process worked but like I said, they were helpful and I left feeling a little silly but still very pleased. HIGHly recommend

I'd give them 5 outta 5 on everything. Last budtender was Christian and he was AWESOME!!! Never had one single bad experience. I will ALWAYS choose Zen Leaf!!!!

I love how knowledgeable your entire crew is on every strain, be it flower, edibles, vape, etc. Not just that, but the honesty they provide as well. If there is something they are even questioning, they will confirm with others or look into for you. The budtenders are the bees knees as far as I'm concerned! They listen to you wants/needs/expectations - and offer you a wide variety of options. Sage was my budtender today and with her knowledge of all things green and what it was I was looking for, she #NAILEDIT!! I will be returning and bringing/telling everyone I know.

I love going here. Not only is it quick and easy Justin Lintner works there. He is 1 of the sweetest most knowledgeable people when it comes to strains. Not only that but Zenleaf has the best bud across Niles and Buchanan and trust me I’ve gone everywhere. I would say even though it may be a drive 40 minutes one way, I always go there when I’m able.

I've been to other dispensaries in the area but this was my first time going to Zen. They have a huge selection, I like the way it's set up, and the budtenders were really friendly and very helpful.
