Was not greeted by the receptionist and was completely ignored. The bud tender did not know how to help me but only himself. There was no knowledge, the girl bud tender seemed so much more friendly. They were patient with my toddler.

Terrible service. The past 3 times I have walked in there has been nobody at the desk and I have had to knock on the window to get somebody to come talk to me. Customer service needs to be stepped up big time forsure. Bud is dank though
