I trusted the process, zen me some good vibes. Nope, low quality at a very expensive price! They recommend the Bubble Bath x Purple Ombre Cake 1g Live Solventless, Rosin for 90 a gram. I’ve honestly never had a worse badder. It was completely runny and hard to even scoop out. I had to refrigerate it and that helped but the taste was lost. Terrible & Terpenless, what a disappointment. The expensive stuff isn’t worth the hype as I’ve had better for 15 a gram.

I absolutely love this dispo! The location is super convenient, and every time I come in, I’m greeted with kind, welcoming energy. I’ve never had a bad experience here! Shelby helped me during my most recent visit and she was amazing, so sweet, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Honestly, all the employees here are awesome! Great customer service every single time. Thank you all for making each visit such a positive experience! 💚

The store had just undergone a remodel and wasn’t quite finished yet but was still very clean and organized. I preordered through the website, was helped right away and was in and out quickly! Easy and pleasant experience!

Excellent service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Calm atmosphere, rare brands available that are hard to find, Presidential. Patient and knowledgeable, clean and now they have merchandise to buy. Love this place.

Best Cannabis Dispensary! Has a wide range of tiers.
Another great experience and my favorite Phoenix dispensary. I had a wonderful experience with my budtender Evan. I just got out of the hospital and lost a job so I would have liked to leave a nice tip but I'll make up for it, I always do. Check thos rad place out!

The store was very busy (4/20) yet they continued to allow people to go up to the counter, place their order and then go to the ATM. I was in line over an hour because in that time 6 people did this and some took 10 to 15 minutes to operate the ATM. Everyone else just had to wait longer (we had gone to the bank beforehand) for them. Must be another way to handle this without creating A LOT of other unhappy people waiting in line. Also was going to use my "Rewards" but that is a joke. The system has been screwed up for over a year and the company knows it but continues with it. My app won't work and no one can tell me why or cares. I logged in online and it told me one amount. I get to the store and their system says something different. Turns out I spent almost $900 at this store in the last 6 months but that doesn't matter. They don't deliver what they promise. I had "chatted" with someone online and was told the same amount the website showed. I was also told other things by this rep online that turned out to be totally false. They are in Florida evidently and don't know the operations here in Arizona (per this store). Looking for a new place to shop that will honor what they say and "Reward" me properly.

Having to give up on hope that my medicine will be available this holiday 😭 I've been really dissappointed about the RSO being out, for quite a while now. I haven't been able to buy any for atleast a couple weeks. This is sad because I've taken M.U.V. RSO daily for months now and this has messed me up real bad. Had to find another dispensary and switch brands. Miss you guys, but I need to be able to purchase my medicine there or there's no reason to come by. I appreciate the explanation in another person review, who's also suffering as well bc of this, but it is very late in coming. I've not run across any other brand having this problem whatsoever. You guys have to be prepared for things to keep your customers. Otherwise you give them no choice but to loose their faith in your products due to you guys suddenly not having a very important product available from one day to the next. Not good. I don't smoke herb hardly ever because I take rso in a capsule every morning and evening, so I rely on it medicinally very strongly due to extreme health issues and pain.

After a bitter divorce with Muv in the past, I was hesitant to go to Zen, but I'm glad I did. The new store on Cave Creek is really nice and the people were pretty cool!
I have been a patient/customer of MUV-AZ for most of this year, spending a hefty amount of money with this dispensary. I have been to many other dispensaries in and out of state, and would NEVER see what I witnessed in the lobby on 12/3.
In line outside the lobby, I was 1st to go in, then an elderly man is next behind me with his service dog.
I did not know the man, but we had a good connection. I have experience training dogs to be of service for humans( Alert, PTSD etc ). All sizes and breeds from Shepards to Chihuahuas. His dog was a bigger mix breed, well trained, well behaved, zero signs of aggression. Very kind.
The security guard that day was clearly uneducated of the ADA laws for service animals. I was appalled on how this situation was handled.
After I give the front desk person my MMJ card, the older man with service animal comes in behind me, but the security guard tries to stop him saying the dog needs a vest if it is a service animal - INCORRECT.
The man kindly stood up for his rights and the service animals rights , and the security guard runs inside the dispensary just to grab a manager??
Only 2 questions you may legally ask -
1. Is this a service animal?
2. What task(s) does it perform?
And that is protected in all 50 states in America. Thanks to the ADA laws from 1988.
As we sit in the lobby, waiting patiently to get our medicine, a manager ( he would not give me his name) came out and approached the man and says " Hi sir, sorry but we have had someone get bit before, so we need to make sure the dog is vested up". -INCORRECT
This manager then sets my PTSD off.
I quickly stand up to acknowledge the manager for what he is doing, but to please read our service animals cards ( both the man and I have them for uneducated people to read in these circumstances, and what the ADA laws are.)
The "manager" refused to look at cards, told us he doesn't need to read it.
The man, " I have PTSD and you need to learn the laws"
I quickly grabbed my MMJ card back, when a budtender came out and called my name and I took my business elsewhere. I am so disgusted with the treatment we received that day. I wish I knew who that man is, so we could go together on this to file a claim with the ADA and your business.
I tried to call back to receive managers name again, and they refused to give it to me, and said he would call me back after getting my phone number. I never received a call.
Ironically, one of your budtenders gave me an assistant managers business card months ago because we do commercial real estate and I was talking about helping dispensaries expand out here. He stated they were the one to talk to about that as he mentioned them trying to move to an old drive-thru bank, but were unable to with our state regulations?
Both the man and I did not receive our medicines and we clearly will be going elsewhere.
I even purchased a MUV vape pen that was a lemon, and I could not even get that replaced. I just left that on the lobby counter.
This incident gets my heart going every time I think about it, and I find it to be unreal that a healing facility like a dispensary would show such actions.
I am not sure what you can do to ease this situation from my end, but I figured I would let you know what happened before filing a complaint.
