The store had just undergone a remodel and wasn’t quite finished yet but was still very clean and organized. I preordered through the website, was helped right away and was in and out quickly! Easy and pleasant experience!

Excellent service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Calm atmosphere, rare brands available that are hard to find, Presidential. Patient and knowledgeable, clean and now they have merchandise to buy. Love this place.

The store was very busy (4/20) yet they continued to allow people to go up to the counter, place their order and then go to the ATM. I was in line over an hour because in that time 6 people did this and some took 10 to 15 minutes to operate the ATM. Everyone else just had to wait longer (we had gone to the bank beforehand) for them. Must be another way to handle this without creating A LOT of other unhappy people waiting in line. Also was going to use my "Rewards" but that is a joke. The system has been screwed up for over a year and the company knows it but continues with it. My app won't work and no one can tell me why or cares. I logged in online and it told me one amount. I get to the store and their system says something different. Turns out I spent almost $900 at this store in the last 6 months but that doesn't matter. They don't deliver what they promise. I had "chatted" with someone online and was told the same amount the website showed. I was also told other things by this rep online that turned out to be totally false. They are in Florida evidently and don't know the operations here in Arizona (per this store). Looking for a new place to shop that will honor what they say and "Reward" me properly.

Love this place great customer service

This company likes to run false advertisements. There’s no fine print anywhere that says any brands are excluded. Then when you drive 30 minutes out of your way to use the deal, they refuse to honor it and tell you too bad and they don’t care about your business. I’ve shopped in Arizona since legalization started and I’ve never experienced a dispensary that wouldn’t honor a discount they mistakenly advertised. I’ll never be back.

After a bitter divorce with Muv in the past, I was hesitant to go to Zen, but I'm glad I did. The new store on Cave Creek is really nice and the people were pretty cool!

420 was great best one in 13 years I placed a online order got there a little after 8 was in and out in 5 minutes. Great job at lot of places weren’t doing online thanks guys 👍🏻✌🏻
