Curbside pick up is a joke!! Waited for 25 minutes outside text them twice like they say to and ended up going inside to find employees standing around. One of them standing around ended up helping me and told me that there’s other patients in front of me.. the place was empty and I watched for the 25 minutes outside people come and go. I even watched employee’s walk in and out. They really need to get there act together.

Listen I really enjoy coming to this spot. And this is not necessarily a bad review of Emerald but rather a bad review on one of there products. I'm a big RSO guy. I saw the mad terp labs rso on sale. I was told by my budtender that this was a high THC RSO. Well it was not. I don't know what it was possibly a 1 to 1 THC cbd, who knows. Well it didn't get me high at all and did nothing for me. So if you are a high THC RSO fan do not get MTL RSO.

The sales rep girl was awesome she took care of everythingAnd she showed me the best quality stuff spleen and took care of me. And I like how they are taking care of cleaning the place upgrading the place at the same time just please wipe down the front door handles and the indoor handles

I will not be returning to this place because I couldn't make it to get my birthday special on the day of and and so for them not to understand that I had to work during their business hours and could not comp is really frustrating, so their customer service is not up to standard . especially for a birthday reward that I've learned spending all my money at their dispensary really really disappointing . in fact it's horrible customer service other dispensaries do understand and let you get either the day of the day before after or the week of. to the businesses that do not compensate an honor something that's important to a customer, they lose my business.

First time visit was outstanding. Friendly staff, Jaime was very helpful, flower variety was nice, high quality products, and in the days of the deals disappearing got a screaming first visit deal. I’ll be back!!

i used leafly pick up at this location, but i hate to say that their pick up system is very disorganized. i had to wait for a budtender to help me, with the other 10 patients that were there... i was told the manager usually handles the leafly orders.. but they were short staffed? not my problem...

Ever since this dispensary was bought by new owners, and their changes were put in place, I have not visited because it's not worth it. They hiked the prices on their flower saying it's better quality, but it's the same grows they've carried, and Idk what they did to their edibles, but they are not what they used to be by far. It's just disappointing to see Emerald sliding down that quality scale like almost every other dispensary in AZ. Patients need to care more, and dispensaries (mostly referencing the owners who control every aspect) need to step their game up and not focus on the greedy money grubbing side...thanks
