I am a big fan of Emerald in Phoenix but they still deserve 5 stars. This visit was extra special because they finally got their sodas back for sale. Ryan, the Budtender that helped me, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I usually get 8-10 bags Liberty Rings and a few sodas each go. I couldn’t brag enough about either product. The sodas get me up feeling great and the Rings keep the me in a good mood through the day.

Dispensary response:

Mbacon thank you so much for your kind words! We appreciate you as our patient! Thank you for the positive feedback!

get someone on staff whose sole job is to update the website with actual descriptions of all your inventory. love this place and it's the only thing I hate.

Dispensary response:

@Squirrelmaster491 We appreciate your honest feedback. We are currently working constantly on updating our menu's as well as a better process to keep our patients up to date on all current products and the description of the products. We thank you for your patience and we will have the new process up soon.

Dakota 😉 took care of me. He provided me with exceptional customer service as always! He and the staff are the reason why I am a repeat customer. By far my favorite dispensary! The products are great and the prices are right. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone wanting a great experience each time they walk into a dispensary. Thank you!!

My partner and I each came in for our first time.. her 26 dollar flower looks way better then my top shelf stem packs.. what a shame.. don’t waste your money here.. such a shame and the jerk on register 7 needs a definitive attitude adjustment, so wild how dude keeps his job yet every one else was so polite..

Dispensary response:

Hey joebajuan, we are sorry to hear this feedback. It sounds like we may have missed the mark in a few different ways and we would love the opportunity to make this right and earn you back as a patient. Please email us at Phoenix@EmeraldDispensary.com with further details of your visit. Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback and we hope to hear from you soon!
