Dispensary response:

Thanks for your feedback, mastive91! We have weekly trainings for our staff here at Emerald to keep us up to date and knowledgeable about the products on our shelves as well as to continue expanding our knowledge on cannabis, so it's great to hear that our patient consultants really know their stuff! Had my card for over a year and emerald was the first establishment I’ve went to. Check in and out is rather nice with the friendly staff. Shatter days is the best day to pick up and their point system is awesome. Thank you for your service

Bought a meat breath pre roll this evening & it did not burn properly at all! It burns but you can't get a hit off it. Like it has a hole in it or something. It was completely useless! I basically just threw money away.

Dispensary response:

Thank you for your feedback HerHighnessQueenBB. We are sorry to hear about this situation you had with your purchase, but we do appreciate you for reaching out and allowing us to resolve the issue. Thanks again hope to have you back soon!

I'm not sure if I've reviewed this dispensary before but I just wanted to give a shout out to Emerald for lowering their prices recently on a lot of their concentrates that alone makes me frequently visit them more and more now. I would also like to give a quick shout-out to a couple of employees over there first of all...TAWNI she was a magnificent budtender and really knew her stuff gave me all the time in the world that I needed was very informative and she knew her strains wonderfully and she has made my experience there extremely pleasurable because it's very hard to find good budtenders these days who know their stuff and I promised her I would give her a review for that so here it is LOL I would also like to give a quick thank you to Dusty for remembering me and remembering my mom tattoo and knowing who I was and making me feel special there and for always being sweet to me and caring about me getting the best deal it's hard to find bartenders like that as well so thank you guys both very much and I will see you guys again soon. thank you so much Emerald for making the concentrates that I love and enjoy and that help me affordable for me and everyone else like me :-)

Dispensary response:

Thanks for your awesome review, Jenniferlynn! We appreciate the kind words and we're so happy to hear you've had several positive interactions here with our patient assistants! Tawni and Dusty are two of our best and they really go out of their way to show how much they care daily, so it's wonderful to hear that feedback from our patients directly! We're also stoked that you're loving our more affordable prices, and we hope you check out some of our upcoming deals like this Saturday's Canamo Concentrates BOGO!! We hope to see you again soon!
