First time here today and everyone was absolutely amazing! The 2 girls at the check in area were so helpful and sweet! First time registration was paperless and very fast! My budtender Dakota was an absolute dream, he was very informative and knowledgeable on what they carried in the store and has amazing customer service skills. I live a little far from this location but will be going out of my way to come back as much as possible :)

Excellent product, I live 25 miles away but this is worth the drive. Emerald Phoenix has great deals on Fridays but even if you don’t get one of their sales their prices are fair for the quality you get.

I found 10 seeds in my eighth of pudding pop.. It was a premium strain so i definatlely wasnt expecting it... Kinda lame.

Pros: Emerald Phoenix is very clean and professional. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They sport a large selection of strains and different products to choose from. Prices are mid to high, but they always host daily specials. Cons: Emerald pre-packages their grams in the little tear-open zip-lock bags. I don't like that, as the bud seems drier when it's dispensed that way.

This is my go to spot for all my cannabis needs. Great prices, great people, amazing product. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and they actually LIKE answering all of your questions! No matter how silly they sound. Plus, everyone is always smiling!

called in to ask about true distillate this morning was gunna stop in before work but... the phone call was rude and unpleasant not going there been there before they are usually cool but yea there's a million other places I could go

Emerald Is a great Dispensary the service is SUPURB the layout of the store is nice I like that it is open done of the other ones are closed off kinda creepy,haha but here not so much, the Medicine is ALWAYS good here, my husband and I shop here randomly and they always impress the specials are great here as well !! Bud tenders are nice enough, product is fine, they don't give a shit about customer loyalty it's a weed store. Every time I go I'm told I should have come on a different day because of the deals, when I come on the correct day the deals are never that good.
