The quality of products is excellent, with a good amount of options across the board, especially the flower. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the daily deals and customer rewards are awesome. Emerald has easily and quickly become one of my go-tos.

So I'm pretty new to this whole thing, and aside from some stupidity in high school have steered clear for the better part of 30 years. The lady who waited on my, I'm pretty sure her name was Brandy, was nothing short of amazing!!!! She did not make me feel stupid because the strains have such retarded names. Like for real, one that helps you sleep, can't you just call sleepy time, or one that helps with migraines headache relief, but I digress. Brandy has the perfect personality for this job. She was patient, kind, NOT condescending. She took the time to get to know me, what issues I was having, and thank god she was not some punk ass kid that was like, dude this will get you so high! She understood that I needed stress relief without zoning out or laughing and being stupid. She grasped that smoking was not in my best interest and had ample suggestions to assist me. I will never go see another "bud-tender" as she was so totally amazing. I wish you would hire more people like her. Very knowledgeable, ever so helpful, compassionate, empathetic, and old enough to know how to treat people with common courtesy and respect. If any of my friends are looking for a place to go, I'm sending them to Brandy!!!!
Marty was my budtender and very helpful. The customer service was great, and I've enjoyed my few Lil goodies I got when stopping in. I left with a smile on my face from the staff being friendly, chill, and helpful. They have a very open floor plan as soon as you walk in that I have yet to see elsewhere. I believe they are partners with monarch out of Scottsdale which I just went to a week before I came here, and the service was exactly alike in the way they do things. I like that they give me the option to choose from the different grams(or whatever amount) so I can choose the type of buds I prefer.

I've been to several dispensaries and NONE are as professional and clean looking as Emerald, the staff are all very professional and knowledgeable about their products and their prices are very reasonable. Emerald has become my one and only dispensary since my first visit. If you want the best products at great prices and amazing and knowledgeable staff that make you feel like family then Emerald is your dispensary!!

went and checked out this dispensary because it's close to home. picked up an eighth of their blueberry cough special, I have to say that this flower tastes and smells amazing.... and definitely does the job. not to mention the entire staff is super friendly I will definitely be back!

Second visit today & nothing has diminished. The tenders are great, the edibles are tasty, & the flower is wonderful! Tried R2D2 for May 4th, is an amazing indica! Looking forward to future visits.

!st time patient here. Drove almost and hour to get there. Was not disappointed. One of two places that sell the sweet Amnesia Haze in Phoenix metro right now. Went there to buy an ounce with 20% off 1st time patient deal. Ryff?? my Swedish/Norwegian budtender of awesomeness was pleased to tell me that I could get a better deal with their sale. I was stoked, he saved me over $30. Everyone was friendly and fast. Flower is good, couple of freebies I got were good. All in all: I loved this place.
Unfortunate they don’t update their menus on Leafly so you tend to waste a drive for their limited supply of top shelf concentrates

I have only been to this store 2 times. Both times I was very disappointed in service. All the staff I dealt with seemed like they were doing me a favor selling me their products. I tried to return one of their own name brand batteries (prob 36 days old) it was such a hassle I just walked out.There are many dispensaries in Phx, I would shop in any other before coming here
