first time going into any dispensary and was completely disappointed in the customer service. the bud tender was not welcoming. nor helpful and genuinely uninterested in the transaction. really bad first impression. will not be back.

I got the top shelf bud and it pretty much reminded me of street weed. They were out of the free first time patient grams and wouldn't substitute. Good to get the 20% for time but there are other dispensaries.

Loved the experience! It is really clean and well set up! God Bud was great and the NAZM live resin concentrate heavenly! Loved the coffee bean terra bites I got as a first time patient. Best chocolate covered coffee beans I ever had! Will defiantly stop in again.

The prerolls were very well rolled and were nice size compared to some I have had from other places . The weed is very stick and has the very potent smell u want from your weed .

I love this dispensary, its close, t he staff is friendly and knowlegable and the specials are always good.

Kinda disorganized but fast

This place was great! First thing you notice is the clean set they have. Next, comes a friendly hello from the staff. The budtenders were great and very helpful and the most penitent of all, their flower is great. They have different tiers of quality, but any strain you get will be great. My words do not do justice, i suggest you all try it out.

It's Awesome! Great Atmosphere friendly people. I will definitely go back the Service is Fantastic. I didn't have to wait long to pick up some flower which is great for treating my Neck and Back pain. I give them 5 stars.

It is my favorite dispensary, people are always nice and I never feel rushed. I have been a repeat customer since I discovered this place.

Great place!

I've had my card for three years now, and have been to every dispensary in the northwest/north valley. I have a high tolerance, and am pretty picky. That being said, this place is incredible. I got an 8th of R2D2, and Bubba Kush. The R2D2 was simply amazing, for a $35 8th. I've had Bubba before, as it's one of my go-to strains, and this batch was fire. The bud tender (Amber...?) was super friendly, didn't rush me at all, was very knowledgeable, and did her job well. The atmosphere is great. It's all one big room, so while a non-patient cannot approach the "bar" area, they can see it. This is great for visitors, who winner what these places are like behind the security door. Also. there a cert. dr. and a parerphenelia shop in the plaza. Bonus! This is officially me new home. :-)

they are open!! very nice budtenders and very cozy atmosphere. I got the blueberry cough and the clementine and they both are very excited to see tasty. hope to see more affordable oil syringes in the future. nice location as well! going to tell all my friends about emerald!!

Excellent energy in here. Upbeat and helpful and open space. Patients are more at ease because of the comfortable feeling from the staff. Will definitely return Also like the various ranges to choose from. Called my friend to definitely go there
