I thought Emeralds large selection of Infusion edibles would keep me coming back, but the customer service and friendly nature of the staff is what truly sets this place apart. #Customer4Life

I give service a 2 but not because of the staff, they are great and knowledgable since i have been coming. My complaint is that this is the 3 rd time they offer promos and theu are out when i arrive even after calling 10 mon prior. Unfortunately i will no longer frequent this dispensary as these appear to just be gimmicks to get you in the store. If you offer an all day promo you need to make sure you can accomodate. Just sayin. Off to find a new favorite dispensary. 😎

When I came into this place I was treated like family. Great place to go.

PROS: Great location, flowers are of premium quality. No wait time. Lots of choices for whatever you need. CONS: Having a very young adult tend to me, not knowing the first thing about mmj. She had to consult Leafly about the strains when I asked her questions. She was a bit condescending as well. AND the prices are way too high for me to become a regular here. When you charge $55 an 1/8, you're not helping anyone but yourselves. A lot of patients can't afford the prices. This is a great place to experience tho, but the prices will keep me going to another dispensary, where I can get a premium quarter for $70 or $10 a gram NOT $110 for a premium quarter or $15-17 a gram. That is a huge difference. I might come back for your specials, but will never pay full price.

i bought some kilamanjaro and snowcap that are both riddled with seeds. not even good pretty ones, the littlw white ones. you cant really run through a grinder with this stuff. they were not from top shelf, but i still expect better quality.

I'm a new patient and this was my first visit to a dispensary. The experience here was awesome. The friendly and knowledgeable staff answered any questions I had and made some great suggestions based off flower my preferences. I'll definitely visit again.
