love this place

Clean location, quick and the front desk person was super friendly. However, the bud tender was super cocky. I shared an experience with a brand she was pushing that I didn’t and I was told “ you’re trippin, I don’t know what you’re smoking on”… last time I’ll be back here for sure and I wouldn’t even send my enemies here………

The bud tenders have been very rude every time I’ve come in. They are short and don’t offer any real help just “an what would you like next”. If you ask a question they give u a bs answer just get you out of there. As a DA and now a manager of a different dispensary I’d never shop here again simply because the customer service is absolute dog sh*t. 0 out of 5 stars

I am extremely disappointed in the size of the Select Live .5 Gram Carts. They are only just above half full, barely 3/4, if that. I have a battery that gives a perfect measured small hit and I barely got 45 or so hits on it before it was bone dry. That's way to fast if you ask me!! There is absolutely NO WAY there is a half gram of product in those carts, and paying $85 for 3 of them is just not worth beans! Three carts, gone in three days, Please!

these guys are great...came back for my second visit and they had my order ready with discounts already applied and even reminded me that I get a free pre roll. Great quality on the flower and give those Emerald sauce carts a try...you won't regret it!!

I absolutely loved my experience at this dispensary. It was a very clean and professional environment. From the security guard sparking up a conversation and was very friendly, to the gent that checked me in who was very informative and handsome 😁 and my cashier was also sweet. She kept strict social distancing but made me feel very welcome. Something about the cashier just stood out to me. It was just an overall nice experience.

The place is great the issue is they never have product they always run out

Been going here for years, never a mistake. The few cartridge returns have been done no problem(receipt/packaging, of course). Same employees have stuck around which must speak for atmosphere, always professional and knowledgeable. Clean and fast service, holidays are the exception everywhere and they always make sure to be fully staffed and coordinated to get everyone out asap. Curbside is nice, expect about 10 min. wait. I've been here enough that the loyalty program is a nice perk after collecting a little discount here and there. Thanks for the birthday pre roll.

Online order transaction with Jake today & during this time with the Corona virus, am pleased to say EMERALD has a very comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Jake is a very informative employee. Very pleased at today's experience. Overheard for the first time in my life " ... here you go your LSD product and your ... are in your bag..." I nearly fainted. LOL I guess.... seriously each time I've done business at this location is pleasant. Each time I've meant to leave a review. Finally! Here's the best I can do right now. EMERALD is one of my very favorite & probably most used. EMERALD 👍you've definitely have what it takes to make these trying times pleasant. Wooo hooo!
